Really? Here in Sweden most prefab is wood but we use rockwool as insulation, and much more of it, 50-70cm instead of 30.

Their are strange laws in the UK, Items (as in the video) made from 100% cut potatoes and fried in quality oils are chips. While those made from reconstituted potato or other ingredients are called fries. Items designed to be cooked in an oven cannot be called fries.
This has resulted in the word 'chips' being associated with quality.
I am sure that if the items in the video were being packaged for the US market, the labeling would be different.
It is not just labeling, Items exported or made by international companies mostly tailor their products (mainly spicing) for the market that they are selling to.

Alright let me know when you can get someone even out of bed to make you your own "bespoke" house. In all seriousness, everything is made to do because that's all people can afford and/or companies/realtors, etc cares for. If you want something done "right" for you, you need to pay respect, dinitity, etc to make it so. It's isn't gonna come "in a box" at your nearest "big box" store.
