Thanks for the local insight. I visited Kirkland for the first time today to tour apartments after moving to South Lake Union a year ago, and I think I will be much happier in a place like this!
this was by far more helpful at giving me an actual idea of what living in Kirkland might be like than the other channels just pointing at Google maps screenshots
🌿I just wanted to say thank you for creating such an engaging and informative video about Kirkland! Your local expertise truly shines through, and I can see why you're so passionate about the area. Diana Fedorov, for your clients exploring more affordable options, I would like to suggest considering Mill Creek as a fantastic suburban oasis. Our city offers a walkable environment and abundant nearby recreational opportunities, along with similar graduation rates, test scores, student and parent ratings, cultural diversity, and commute times to tech hubs comparable to those of Sammamish and Issaquah. I appreciate the time and effort you've invested in highlighting Kirkland's wonderful amenities and features.🏡
I would also like to add, if you can find the time to feature a Mill Creek video, we would love to provide some less well-known content for you to consider.
Great video. Could you throw more insights on Scout apartments in Kirkland? My partner and I will be moving there soon. It has good ratings on google. Would like to know the neighbourhood and your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
The area is great and right next to Safeway, other stores and bus lines run along the main road so it’s great if you’re commuting! I haven’t personally lived there but it’s a great option from what I’ve seen :) I almost moved in there a few years ago as well.
My daughter will be attending Lake Washington institute of technology in the Fall. She is looking for a studio apartment, around $700. Any advice? She had the experience of living with roommates before, and it was terrible
Hi Crystal! Oops.. didn't see this comment earlier. I would recommend roommates in this case but given her negative past experience, I would maybe say she is going to need to commute a ways away for a studio. I know there are some micro-apartments available too - something possibly worth looking into. I think roommates are still going to be the best bet, though.. probably a good idea to meet with some of them first and see who she would get along with.
HOME SWEET HOME YO! LIFE IS GOOOOD HERE! COME VISIT SOME TIME! STAY AT THE WOODMARK HOTEL, WILLOWS LODGE (ACROSS FOR ST MICHELLE'S WINERY!) OR RIGHT DOWN THE STREET BELLEVUE HYATT, HILTON AND CHEESECAKE FACTORY AND STARBUCKS! YUM! NICE! COME FOR A DAY OR STAY FOR A LIFETIME! ITS FUN HERE! D : ) SMILEY! LOVES IT!
That's one beautiful city. Love the Lake Washington view.

What is the safest more affordable neighborhood in Kirkland or surrounding cities?
