Lived in Kirkland for 10 years, now we are in Florida. I love Florida but a piece of my heart will always belong to the PNW, specifically Kirkland. A beautiful town, a gem, so grateful I had the privilege of living there. Thank you for this video. Transported me to such a lovely place.
I actually live here, Kirkland is amazing, and I recognized so many of the places! 56 seconds in is Waverly Beach and Park, it is one of the best beaches ever :D Great for paddleboarding, swimming, or just hanging out with friends.
The lakes and water-ways in this region are a bit polluted, but otherwise, one of the nicest middle-class regions in the country. Unfortunately, the middle class are having a harder time affording the East Side.
Yep I lived there in the 90s as a kid. It was so nice and peaceful, and our little house was $150k. Now it's liberalized, not as nice and that same house we once lived in now costs over 1 million dollars. Sickening

Anyone remember the big Yellow ball park down town? Where they use to have moss bay days? God it was so nice.

I lived in Kirkland WA since 1970. It was so nice back then. Now with the diversity it sucks.
