Update as of March 2023: We've recently revisited Tokyo & had Soup Stock for a few times. It's still delicious & enjoyable but we did notice the flavours being a tad watered down for the soup, causing it to have less depth. The Stone Oven Baked Bread also has a slightly less chewy surface. The inside is still soft and fluffy. With that said, Soup Stock Tokyo's new rating has been revised to "👌". Hi, thank you for sharing such a nice video! I am Japanese and I have part time job at Soup Stock Tokyo now. I really want to tell you what “some flakey stuff” is at 5:39! We always cook the soup in the kitchen. When we cook the Van Gogh Onion Soup, we put some bread in by tearing. Actually, we use exactly the same bread which you introduced at 2:44! We use ordinary temperature one and it absorbs so much delicious soup! There are so many amazing soup, so please visit us again!
