Do you think it won't be replaced by a better system or are you intentionally trying to spread misinformation?

Not sure what you’re specifically referring to. Could you clarify?

Government accounts receivable should not require 175000 accounts managers and some with guns and body armor. Huge companies operate with small AR departments by using technology.

That seems like dodge. I would assume the IRS if they do have weapons we can charitably say it because most criminals get caught like Capone on their taxes, and they deal with that element especially since the IRS predates the FBI.

Taxes are voluntary look it up.
If the government is a business then they should of filed bank ruptcy long ago. You need earn money by producing a product. Not spending our money.

A common misconception. Voluntary refers to voluntarily complying with tax laws by submitting our own tax information and determining the amount owed without the government doing it for us. Actually filing and paying when money is owed is NOT voluntary. Failure to file and not paying taxes owed are federal crimes many have gone to prison for based on this notion that the entire tax system being voluntary.
And it's a fair point about the difference between government and business. They have some similarities, but still are very different. That's one of the things I was alluding to throughout, although I didn't explicitly spell it out.
