Nakhon Pathom is my army days R+R location. Singaporea men serve national service and part of my overseas training is in the Lop Buri province. Brings back much memories , Thank for the great vblog, mate. Khup Khun Khrup. :)
Thanks for posting this! I love traditional tofu and want to open my own shop, so I love seeing how people do it all over the world. This is so awesome!
This kind of tofu has been consumed over 100 years. It was brought by Chinese immigrants back in the day. My dad told me me that you have to line up for a couple of pieces in early morning due to limit supply. Nakhon Pathom and its neighbor province, Ratchaburi, are famous for making this kind tofu
Dang that is just summarize of my childhood meal and treat lol As the people who born and raise in Nakhon Pathom, this video make me feel so proud cause not many tourist come for our province and acknowledge our specialize goody. Thank u so much for spread the word about our province!

Great video of a process I've always been fascinated by. I love it when your Canadian manners bump up against a food you don't care for. You get your point across but very kindly! I am only two generations out of Canada. If everyone was born and raised in Canada the world would be a better place!
I have been missing out! I watch your videos on Facebook but they are so abbreviated compared to TH-cam. Today I thought I wonder if Luke has a TH-cam channel. I just finished watching this on Facebook but it's so much better here on TH-cam because of the extra footage. Would love to see a walk around the night market to see some of the stalls. subscribed immediately!

You've missed out the most famous dish of Nakhon Pathom, "Kao Ka Moo". 😂
Actually, this tofu originated in Puning china
After seeing the sad look on the ducklings face, I can't watch anymore. 😭
