Secret lair is a special side product that wizards releases that have different artwork. These are normally collabs with artists or for sets. In this case it was to honour Sheldon Menery a beloved member of the magic community.
To follow up on the previous comment, this Secret Lair set was in honor of Sheldon Menery, a founding member and creator of the format we know as Commander today. It was a collection of some of his favorite cards, as well as his signature commander Ruhan.
