I saw someone asked about languages and you sent a link to a spanish section on your webpage, but what I would like to know is if the customer facing sections can be translated to our language of choice. In my case I am interested in Greek, which also has it's own script (like Cyrillic). I don't expect you to translate to every language under the sun, but can we, the users, translate the customer facing part as needed? I am fine with the backend being in English.
If there’s no where to do so, I would set aside one area on your website that openly lists your contract/disclaimers and then put a separate disclaimer under the ordering place which states that they have read and agree to your contract/disclaimer before allowing them to proceed and use your services. If they don’t agree to having done so, they don’t get to use your services and if they don’t read it, that’s on them.
