Well he did balance the tire and he did line it up it was my bike

Fails to mention about lining up the wheel and does not check it is lined up or balanced hmmm no thanks

If it was lined up when the wheel was removed, how is it going to be wrong when it is reinstalled?
You should go make this complaint in the chain adjustment video.
