In a running context, is about sprinting fast and recovering using the aerobic system to go again (repeated over 80 minutes). None of those are measured by an all-out 5 minute sprint. I have a full breakdown on my channel if you're interested. If you're not then that's fine too, Bronco as much as you'd like

there's hundreds of rucks in a game in order for them to do what you suggest, they need to be fit enough to do it, that's where the bronco comes in ✌️
