Serenoa Wolffort
This talented swordsman is the heir of House Wolffort and the protagonist of the story. His father is the legendary warrior Symon.
Roland Glenbrook
Serenoa’s closest friend and the younger son of King Regna. A formidable spear knight on the battlefield.
Frederica Aesfrost
The eldest daughter of the Aesfrost family and engaged to Serenoa. Her pyromancer skills make her a force to be reckoned with.
Benedict Pascal
The steward of House Wolffort since the Saltiron War. He has the absolute trust of his liege-Serenoa’s father, Symon-and has overcome countless difficulties with his intelligence and levelheaded judgment.
Geela Breisse

Challenge convictions
Each decision you make will bolster one of three convictions-Utility, Morality, or Liberty-which together make up Serenoa’s worldview and influence who will join you and lend their talents to your army. You can play through the game multiple times to see how other choices impact the adventure.
Strategically secure victory
Maneuver characters around multi-tiered battlefields to gain the upper hand. Use the terrain to your advantage by flanking enemies, or link elemental attacks to cause massive damage. Level up your recruits to secure new abilities and upgrades.
Position units on higher ground to gain the advantage with increased range.
Use fire to melt icy terrain, then use lightning to electrify the remaining pool of water. Push the enemy in to see sparks fly.
Flank enemies on both sides, then strike from behind for a powerful follow-up attack.

This game was really made with love and it shows ❤ I'm still sad to see Jerrom knowing what happened to his VA Billy Kametz, but at least Alejandro Saab did his best to sound like him in these new lines

Really cool & underrated game. I hope it gets a sequel where they manage to balance that amount of story with more gameplay segments. I can't help but think there's no way they would go through THIS kind of effort if there's no future installment in the horizon...
It never ceased to amaze me that I got into this game expecting superb gameplay and a subpar story but in the end I was moved by Frederica and see her character arc as one of the strongest stories ever told in a videogame

Thank you for this! I didn't expect to start bawling my heart out watching two parents who both had lost their children to the war talk about them. The writing, is sometimes criticized for being too longwinded and too much to read, but this is why that journey is worth it. You have such a depth of characters, and SO many of them. So many brought to life. Would have loved to have more of the other characters also included in the epilogue, but can't be too greedy i guess.

We need more relationships like this, and scrap or tone down the anime cliche about tsunderes, and shy protagonists.
I really hope the other optional characters have their share on this chapter..

Is it me or did the new update slightly change the sound of the secret ending theme song? The beginning part of the song in particular the first signer sounds different from youtube and the older version I remember from a year ago

So there is no like new chapter map, just an expanded ending about diplomacy? Better than nothing anyway and it ends on a positive note despite some bitter sweetness in other areas.
Yes only this 20 min cutscene and some ingame new stuff like replay the chapter etc.

Feels like the game itself forgets that Serenoa is Cordelia’s half-brother. There isn’t even any dialogue in the Benedict route involving it
so if i replay the "choose your final route" chapter and choose each route, does that mean i can complete them without having to replay the whole game again?
You can save there and reload and depending on if you the right conviction points you can choose each route and make separate save states. I'm pretty sure the reloading of battles which was added is tied to each save file itself including its new game and new game+ progress. Does that answer your question? Im not so sure what you wanted to know. If you want to unlock the extra chapter, that's a bit more involved and probably requires you replaying the game to get the secret ending which needs a few key story decision to be handled in specifically, making it so that you can't just choose the ending at the end and lock yourself out of being able to acquire it during your current playthrough (in the following new game plus playthrough you will get another shot of course)
@@giratina6665 Thank you! So you can't keep every progress and path in the same save state? If it's still so I'll leave the game as it is (as I did a year): I completed one time and I don't have the energy and time to do something like 4 playthrough to see everything, even if the game is simply awesome!

Go to your encampment to the mock fight table. Just slide to the tab next to the mock fights and it’ll show up
