HOW I LOST 42 lbs!!

  • Today, I’m 42 lbs lighter (and counting!) than I was when I started my weight loss journey.
    My story is not one of overnight success.
    Just like everyone else, I am a work in progress. I know it's tough but as they say, tough situations build tough people, and a tough mama like me!
    You can do this also! All you have to do is START RIGHT NOW.
    Chop 1 head lettuce
    Thinly sliced carrots
    Thinly sliced singkamas
    Diced cucumber
    Super oa Kani.. shredded
    Diced one side of mango
    Cut seaweed strips
    Then a whole lot of oa ebiko
    Dressing:
    6 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
    4 tbsp generous japanese mayo
    4 tbsp rice vinegar
    3 tbsp kikoman
    Sugar to your liking id put like 2tbsp
    1 tsp mirin
    Just mix it all up.
    Basta everything i do oa and generous amount hahahaha yung natatapon in the measuring spoon :joy:
    For the kani salad recipe
    Smoothie recipe
    Frozen Banana, strawberries and blueberries
    1 cup spinach
    3/4cup almond milk
    A little honey
    Steamed fish
    1 slab white fish
    3pcs ginger
    Onion leaks
    With assorted veggies (carrots & broccoli)
    on the other layers
    Bbq chicken salad
    2 chicken breasts (season with salt & pepper)
    1 head romaine lettuce
    2 tomatoes chopped
    1 cup corn
    1 cup singkamas chopped
    1/2 black beans
    1/2 cup cilantro
    1/4c basil
    Ranch dressing
    Bbq sauce

      @@itsmeh7373 meron talaga pag nag diet mabilis magloose lalo na kung metabolism mo is mabilis while exercise and tamang food eating. Di porket malaki ang naloose nagpalipo na. Wag pong ganun imbis na mainspire ka ng mamata ka pa.

      @@patriciareyes2051 agree sayo, yung bilas ko sobrang nagwork sa kanya ang intermittent fasting mabilis siyang pumayat. Sa akin nman, I stopped eating rice instead I eat sweet potato as a subtitute and I jog atleast 3 x a week

    I love Marielle because she is so natural and has a sense of humor. When she say something, it really came from inside and not just pretending.     Kapag gusto talaga pumayat kelangan ayusin muna ang diet kasi kahit anong work out tapos ang diet full of carbs mahihirapan pa din pumayat. Congrats Mariel!♡

      That’s true, coz workouts, especially rigorous workouts could inflict stress on the body. There’s also a misconception with carbs, and right portioning makes a lot of difference.

    THIS WORKS! I've battled my weight and energy levels for few years. I've been body shamed, ridiculed, left alone just because I had some extra fat.
    Once I was standing in the fitting room at one of my favorite stores and I was told that "we don’t have anything in a size that big; our fits are suited for more slim figures" Those words cut me deep.
    Over the years I came realize that there's only one simple concept that works in losing weight, and that is calorie deficit.
    Which in simple terms is, losing more calories daily then consuming it.
    Using the same concept above I've been exercising, every day rain or shine, and cooling my jets when it comes to carbs, sugar, and excessive fat/oil, along with a supplement which helped me burn fat faster and boosted my metabolism. And now I'm at my ideal weight. I was motivated to lose weight not because of body shaming and all the judgements. I did it because it has led me to a healthier me.
    To everyone: YOU CAN DO THIS!!

    I’m 124lbs with 2 kids . My friends asked me Saan ko nilagay Mga Anak ko ? 😂
    I drink lemon water 💦 with lukewarm water every morning. I ate Brown rice or white plane basmati or jasmine brown rice like once a day or only 4 times a week . I make fresh juice like celery , apple , cucumber and carrots . More on vegetables , meat and fish . Di Lang ako mahilig sa sweets , dark chocolate will do !

    Ma, whether she’s at her heaviest, still has a pretty face that I won’t get tired of looking at. It’s good to know that she’s sharing her tips on shedding off weights as it also helps those who are struggling like me. Definitely, discipline must be taken into consideration foremost of all bcoz it will be a struggle at first knowing that a lot will be put aside.

    sana all madaling pumayat!! 5 months more magstart na din ako gagaya ako sayo Mariel ^_^ I'll set that to start my weight loss journey and end my breastfeeding journey. I'm inspired and motivated papayat din ako kahit nabobother na rin ako sa katabaan ko ngayon but since it's for my baby worth it yung mga challenges and mga feelings na unflattered sa nakikita sa salamin and nahihirapan maghanap ng isusuot lalo na I'm a working mom.     I can relate to that. My journey started & July 2020 I was 165lbs after the lockdown I gained weight so I decided to start my workout. Slowly but surely. Now I am 136 lbs. from xl down to medium. Workout plus diet.

And my goal is to be at 58 kg aiming to reach it this June, this very year. 🤗Yes and yes... kaya natin to mga mommies!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 It’s a journey not a destination and just trust the process and enjoy natin. Continue what works and stop what doesn’t. Walang shortcuts. Pagkain talaga is key! Ajah lang!!! Mwuah!

      powerty iss the best diet..hehehe pagwala ka ng makain isipin mo nalang ngddiet ka..yung mga doktors ang tip lang is kumain ka lang paggutom. :) not necessary 3 times a day.bsta pagnagugutom ka lang.

    Hello, po! Kami po ay isang Aspiring Small Family TH-camr from Bohol. Nakatira kami sa isang Studio Apartment, start from the very beginning kami, nawalan ng trabaho due to Pandemic so balik stay at home mom na ako.     Well done mariel! Ang realistic na nag.gain ka ng weight for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Unlike what i see in social media for other celebrities and they just come out postpartum na parang walang nangyari cuz they’re back to their pre.pregnancy form which is kind of frustrating ma.achieve. I, again, felt like its really normal to gain weight for our babies, let loose of high expectations of the millenial idea of pregnancy and postpartum, and just try to be healthy lang for the baby.
    Currently 31wks preggy here and gained 14kg na

    hindi kailangan magpaka gutom para pumayat.... bsta eat healthy foods at samahan ng exercise pati planking... at xempre po .. once a week may cheat day...hindi na po kailangan ang right equipement....sa gaya kung walang pambili...bsta 1200 calorie per day.....God bless po

    Ung kilo ko dati 55 kls lang now nsa 65 na ang hirap tgla magdiet sa umpisa lang masipag madiet after a week di ko na natutuloy pero lagi ako ngtitimbang hanggang ngaun nsa 65 kls padin ako...

    Hi Ms. Mariel👋 I am also on my journey sa pag bawas ng timbang. I just started last Mar. 5. Tama ka na dapat talaga maging consistent ka if kung gusto mo talaga ma-achieve ang isang bagay. I'm 54 and nasa menopause stage na ako. Ang hirap talaga na maging mataba kasi ramdam ko talaga na di ko na kaya. Gusto ko ma-achieve na mag suit ako ng size medium from currently wearing 2XL. Hoping to see more recipes na ituturo mo pa para naman marami din ako variations ng food na kakainin ko.
