He should be proud of what he has achieved considering the daunting challenges that he faced. With his enormous wealth, he has helped less privileged people, presented them with gifts and so on. You guys desire to put David Bautista in the same league as Dwayne Johnson is quite surprising😳😳😳.
Bautista is probably one of the best actors that came from a professional wrestling background. His willingness to actually do moives that have more weight to the characters in last few flims.
I saw Bautista one day at a job I used to have, he was stuck in an ez pass lane after his tag didn’t read, I had to assist him with getting out of the lane, he was in a hummer and it looked too small for him he was huge, he was real polite, paid his toll and left!
Every story I hear about Dave on set is him being an absolute sweetheart to all the crew, workers, and co-stars. So this is no surprise, but I love that more people know about his work philosophy
I've worked closely with both of them multiple times and I'll say this: Dave is a teddy bear. A kind and gentle man who's interested in everything and everyone around him. Dwayne is a self absorbed jackass who'd call you poor to your face.
It already kinda is with the rock. Like don't hate him but if he is in a movie it's pretty predictable where it's going to go, so I'm not going to expect much range.
I think there were stories of his WWE days where he’d help and guide new wrestlers about the locker room rules and stuff. Dave may have had his own messy drama behind the scenes but he seems like a decent enough person
We will all remember how wide ranged and how much of a good actor Dave was when we’re older, we will just remember Dwayne for the one role he played a million times
Dave Bautista is a legitimate and incredible actor. He has real range, he can do comedy, he can sell serious. I don’t think I’ve seen him in anything where I haven’t liked his performance. I’m glad he’s getting the respect he deserves and his roles reflect that. I love Dwayne Johnson not just for what he’s accomplished in the sport but the plethora of attention he and the others have brought to our culture. When I see people walking around with their own tattoos that warms my heart. That’s love. But there’s no comparison here. Bautista is easily the greatest wrestler turned actor, Cena is following close behind him. Let’s be honest though, Dave Bautista actually looks more like Black Adam does in the comics and he would have killed that role.
Bautista actually has range in his acting and doesn’t just play the same character in every movie, he’s legitimately a very talented actor. And as evidenced by this he actually cares about his performance in the context of the whole movie and not just how good it makes him look.
Hahahaha I laughed when the UFC had the rock present the first BMF title to the winner. The rock is furthest from being associated with anything to do with BMF!😂
Don't worry guys. Dave will return for the next Denis Villenueve project after Dune. They clicked so much on Blade Runner, he got him back for Dune and they've clicked even more. Tom Cruise and Vin Dessel have the same thing. When you are know for playing a certain character type you have to protect yourself and future negotiations. Imagine how many roles people would throw at the Rock to get him to loose to an Actor “THEY” want to buildup. But with a win only clause only work that is meant for you will come to you. @@okesegun2118 why you mad?, he talks about acting,. There are worst, bad, good, better, best,.
You can be a good actor and have more success than a better actor,. You can be the better actor and have a less success than a good actor 😅,.
Why so mad?, and as you stated "he's jealous", help me point out where he said he's jealous??
All I see is a constructive criticism in his POV,
@@okesegun2118 you care because you feel the need to defend Dwayne. God forbid someone has an opinion
No amount of success will change the fact that Dwayne has a fragile ego
@@account-pb2dfI'm not defending him over David Bautista but it irritates me when people often says that Dwayne Johnson is a bad actor bcuz he plays himself in every role. Leonardo DiCaprio is undoubtedly a great actor but do you think he can successfully nailed an action role like he does with drama, I don't think so.
I think he’s from a weird family. I think he’s a strange guy, but I will say I think he is a good actor.

Met Bautista once in LV seems a very humble individual smiled and took photos with his fans ✌🏼👍🏼
Dave has proven to be an actually good actor with a good range. He has earnt my respect unlike many others who transferred careers
If you watch his scenes in the Dune movies as well as in Guardians, he honestly shows a lot of range as an actor.
Also Master Z
I saw Bautista one day at a job I used to have, he was stuck in an ez pass lane after his tag didn’t read, I had to assist him with getting out of the lane, he was in a hummer and it looked too small for him he was huge, he was real polite, paid his toll and left!
Dave Bautista is raw as fuck, mans been killing it for the past 10 years
Dave Bautista is a real actor, he can actually act, he’s good at it
Ikr plus imagine having such an ego that you can't lose IN FAKE fights!
Dave is a humble man in real life..he puts his family highest
"You humiliated our family. You humiliated me. Kiss or *die* ."
The Rock is fronting
Who tf are you? Don’t ever disrespect my unc like that
@@johnnylafountain635telling the truth isn’t disrespectful snowflake

How have you worked with them and what films
Having an inflated ego will come back to bite you at some point. Dave seems like a genuine guy and I wish him well.❤
It already kinda is with the rock. Like don't hate him but if he is in a movie it's pretty predictable where it's going to go, so I'm not going to expect much range.
Dave Bautista is a talented and humble actor. Dwain is just a mascot
Loved Bautista as a wrestler and still love him as an actor now.
Dave Batista is really sweet in real life. He always gets his co-workers in his set really good and memorable gifts.
Dave seems like the most down to earth guy, from interviews to the interesting roles he acts in.
I think there were stories of his WWE days where he’d help and guide new wrestlers about the locker room rules and stuff. Dave may have had his own messy drama behind the scenes but he seems like a decent enough person
His role as the replica in the blade runner movie was what won me over. It was very good.
The difference is: played by Dave Bautista vs Dwayne Johnson is here. Applaud.
Bautista can actually act like different people, Johnson is always Johnson .
Nothing like a hero’s journey w men who can never take a loss
Dave is not begging struggling ppl for money to help other struggling ppl. Has my respect.
“If I Don’t Move, I’m Invisible.”-Drax The Destroyer
Dave is a humble man and an absolute legend at that
We will all remember how wide ranged and how much of a good actor Dave was when we’re older, we will just remember Dwayne for the one role he played a million times
No lose contract??? OMG…
Watch any of the Fast & Furious movies with both Dwanye Johnson and Vin Diesel and try not to notice it, now
Hahahaha I laughed when the UFC had the rock present the first BMF title to the winner. The rock is furthest from being associated with anything to do with BMF!😂
you're surprised? Dwayne has an ego the size of the galaxy
Don't worry guys. Dave will return for the next Denis Villenueve project after Dune. They clicked so much on Blade Runner, he got him back for Dune and they've clicked even more. I would wager in saying that almost all the Dune cast will be working with Denis again, but ESPECIALLY Momoa, Bautista, Javier and Brolin.
But how? I red the books... Ravan is done for...
@@sealandland3959 I think their mean is Dave will return for more Denis Villenueve's future projects than just Dune. He played the role of the replicant in Blade Runner 2049 at the start of the movie.
@@no-bodymr6419 great, thanks
Bautista was one of my all time favorite wrestlers in the wwe. He seems like a real genuine dude much respect🤝🏾💯
Dave is a real man and artist.
Hahahhahaahaha well I guess if that's art, then art sucks
He’s a surprisingly good actor too!
What's so surprising about a wwe wrestler being a good actor?
Dave is living his dream! Most humble person!
immediately fell in love with Bautista’s acting when I watched Blade Runner 2049 for the first time. Pure genuine talent.
I'm a huge fan of Dave Bautista, especially when he is in comedy😃 he is just a really cool dude 😎
He’s the most humble guy ever i love him
Dave is special. One of a kind.
That's why I love him so much, true idol to follow
I actually worked with the lady that puts in Dave Baustia's contacts for his Drax roles and she said he's one of the most kind, Lovely, generous and wondeful people she's ever worked with I wish one day I can meet him and tell him how highly she thought of him
By far the best wrestler turned actor by a country mile!! Diversity of roles he picks is amazing.
Not just muscle on screen. He was brilliant in Knock at the Cabin and showed how he can fit into different roles.
No lose contract 💀
When I heard no lose contact I thought it meant he wouldn’t lose money on any movie he was in when he took share of the gross. 😂 shows where their priorities are.
Once you’re as high paid as that you can have standards. We all do he is actually that guy to live life they way he wants most of the time. That is something we all strive for.
@@TheGr8SageSamaproblem is that contract can kill characters for example we will never get a black Adam vs Shazam why cuz rock contract forbids his character from losing a fight or getting his ass kicked when u watch a rock movie I'm like ok I already know whats gonna happen that's a problem
I met Dave Bautista in 2017, and he was a very nice guy. As soon as I spoke, he recognized my accent, and when I asked how he knew it, he told me back in the day, he had dated a girl from the neighboring town. He's from Washington DC, and I'm from Baltimore, so he knew the accent very well.
The interviews I’ve seen with Dave Bautista he seems like a very chill relaxed slightly introverted but down to earth guy.
Props to Bautista for wanting to keep it real💯😎
Man seeing Batista old breaks my heart a bit, i grew up watching him back in 2006 and he became my favorite right away.
I try to watch all the movies he's in. He'll always be The Animal Batista to me.
It was his entrance and power bomb for me 💨
I mean, he's not that old and still looks great
@@tykeboy16He does look great but when he first broke onto the wrestling scene he looked like a created player, it was doubly impressive because nobody thought somebody who could more naturally intimidating then Brock Lesnar at the time too.
Don't be sad he's older, be happy he got the chance
If you haven't yet, I highly recommend watching the show "see"
This is why I like Bautista he’s like an everyday work man he doesn’t care if he win or lose in a movie he is blessed he got the role and is making money
By far the best wrestler turned actor. My man was in bond, blade runner, GOTG, dune 😩
💯
Wow, i honestly respect him for that. It nice to see actors realize they are acting.
Him as Drax was awesome idc what anyone thinks.
Drax was the only tolerable member of GOTG to me
This is why Bautista was my favorite wrestler
Imagine the Rock vs. Cavil vs. Levi ...but nooo his ego stod in the way for a great flick
And he's just genuinely a sweet person. He collects lunch boxes, and i think there's a video on TH-cam of him showing off his collection.
Lunch boxes? That's an odd hobby
But hey there are people who collect shot glasses, heck I collect keychains lmao.
@@ammagon4519hay some old-school lunchboxes go for hella money man
The man is a humble dude. Just listen to him talk.
Not really he was actually who ya consider Dwayne to be in wrestling he just doesn't have the name nor was he even close to the draw the rock was so he kisses more ass and needs to do more in order to get accepted
Dave is one of those actors who you can tell is a good guy anytime news about him comes out. Hope he stays that way
Dave Batista is a beast! And all the right sense of the word fantastic actor too💯
The Rock was one of the best actors in his early days but now not so much. His earlier movies really showed his talent movies like (The Rundown, Walking Tall etc) those were fun movies. Similar to what Batista is doing now.
As of right now I'd say its Batista then John Cena then Rock.
Cena is really killing it with his comedic roles.
Bautista is a real one
I've seen interviews of Dave where he actually talks about wanting to grow and develop as an actor, and appreciating the people who have given him the freedom to expand his range. Those aren't the words of someone who just wants to be a star.
I think he was really good in "Knock at the Cabin"
Dave is a true actor
The rock also play's as himself. Dave will be a better actor because he plays many different characters outside of himself showing how much of a character he really is.
I never saw Dwayne as an "actor" but more of an "action movie star". Like it was in the 80s. Dave Bautista seems to be capable of playing both "actor" and "action movie star" based off the roles I have seen him play.
Like Chuck Norris and (damn it) Steven Seagal
Professional. Much respect. No ego is hard to achieve.
