PowerPoint Morph Transition is available in PowerPoint 2016 (Subscription version only) and 2019. Please check if your version is a 365 subscription. To get Morph Transition you would need to upgrade your PowerPoint version. It is not possible to install in existing versions.
Hi Morph is available in Microsoft 365 subscription version or PowerPoint 2019. Its not available in the installed version of PowerPoint 2016. It is not like a plugin :( sorry!

Minimum slides is better for business presentation. Introduction of team members is better using one slide only. Morph requires more than one slide. #ramgopalppt. Technique is Good anyways

Gordon, I got the same thing you got originally. I re-watched the video and carefully followed every step. Two things I did differently the second time; (1) I used the arrow keys to move the text/picture on the duplicate slide, and (2) I followed Ram's rotation sequence verbatim. Not sure which of those "solved" it for me but in the end it worked. Very cool!

While FADE transition can do the trick in some cases, there is actually no substitute for Morph for its smoothness in my humble opinion.

you can't! it seems to have come in newer versions...maybe from 2016 on. As far as I know 2019 and 365 versions have it for sure!
