Let him see the dance practices as well. They are really impressive.
Just a suggestion, If you guys are about to show dance video you should've shown their dance practice videos, award shows doesn't justify the performance since the camera angle changes and obviously they look tired because of performing 3 or more songs. Bts usually have long stage time.
I have a feeling that even if they did that he would have said something like...ok, that was cool but can they sing that well and dance that hard at the same time!? Plus when he nit picked about ine stepping on the other was ridiculous!! Im betting he has never been on a stage that big and the fact that if and when there is a mistake they never stop and people barely catch it is more impressive. They aren't robots for f's sake!🙄

And maybe he should take in what he is seeing and hearing with a bit more of a open mind instead of thinking he can do better when he obviously has a biased view that they couldn't possibly be truly that talented. While they are not perfect (because no one is) they have clawed their way to where they are with excruciating hard work, talent, trust in one another and showing their true appreciation and giving us nothing short of amazing...ALWAYS!! Sorry, it just pisses me off when people look for reasons to discount them. You don't have to like them but how can you can you not respect them?
As much i agree with you guys, you have made valid points. Let's not forget that he was judging from a dancer's point of view. He judged without an open mind no doubt coz he asked if they understood them or what? He sounds like 80% of my countrymen, no view on learning or listening to other people's languages or cultures. No clue or interest really and that what i dnt like about people who criticise others without info. Some dancers are jerks really but anyhow we cnt force people to like BTS hey.
@@giventjale1498 Like I said, if he can't watch something with a open mind and is going based on pre-judged conclusions he shouldn't react. He literally acted superior to 7 men that do what they do day in and day out without taking in all that goes into these performances between the singing and dancing while acting and knowing all of the camera angles plus things we have no clue that go on inside their minds while pulling it all off. Its fine to give constructive criticism, and its welcomed but to say the "as singers" comment along with the rest is just too much.

If the dance is what is being analyzed why not the dance practices? Because in a live performance they are singing and probably had previous performances which might tired them out so the dance practices would be best for a dance analysis
My only complaint with the commentary is that he kept saying that “they are good for singers”. This comment, imo, completely disregards them as dancers. These guys have been dancing for 10 years, some even longer. Make no mistake, they are not just singers who learned a small choreo, they are trained dancers. Other than that small complaint, nice video. Like everyone else in this comment section, i hope u use dance practice videos in ur future choreo videos. 💜
omg yes???? hoseok was a professional street dancer before bts and jimin was the best student in a contemporary dance academy, if he hadn’t become an idol his life would be 100% dance, both of them have been professionals dancers since the beginning of bts...
@@danigomyde2691, exactly, but not just them. Joon has been a trainee since 2010, so been dancing, regardless of how much he loathed it at times, since then. Yoongi talks about having to stop bboying when the accident that screwed his shoulder happened. JK literally went through intense training in the US at the age of 14. Its been made no secret that he wanted to be a dancer so much, that he almost dropped being a singer because of the passion. Tae exudes so much while dancing, even their own choreographer said he was skilled enough to be recognized as part of the 3J dance line.
... & while i love Jin to pieces, he does look like a singer dancing, even if his skill is 1000x more than my own. 😅😭

You should have told him that bulletproof was created in 2013 especially since plagiarism is such a sensitive subject for BTS and ARMY. And the backhanded "for singers" comment is crap. Let's see him go for 40min straight while singing and dancing.
That comment irked me too. If anything, maybe those same people he mentioned plagiarized of Bangtan.
@@kolabear1214 I will never understand how or why so many people that hear their music for the first time imply they sound like someone else or are surprised that they create so many ORIGINAL, beautiful and amazing songs and beats that resonate even more today then when the songs first came out. Like that amount of talent and originality couldn't come from a "boy band" that sings mostly in Korean!! So dumb!!🙄

this is just a suggestion i think if you want to react to them dancing with a guest on your channel in particular the best option is to react to their dance practices instead instead of performances. unless you want to react to their performances then that's different.

If you guys want to introduce BTS to a dancer I'd recommend "BTS intro performance trailer" amd "BTS concept trailer" as well as its practice version alongwith "BTS SBS performance practice"...believe me they'll fall in love in a blink of the eye. Those are my personal favourites...

@@Shimhat Everything is OK, there were just more videos where they always said that J-Hope is the main dancer, but never mentioned that Jimin is also the main dancer. They just said he was a good dancer. So I wrote, maybe they don't know. Since many (in the guides for example) for some reason, they forget about it .I apologize for my English. I'm not a native speaker.

I think you should show him the mma 2019 solo stages dance practice. That way he can react to one member at a time and learn about each persons dance style.

Their dance practices never get old. If you'll be asking a fellow dancer to react on BTS's dance skills, I suggest you start with the dance practices. Because in performances, the camera angles don't usually focus on them as a group, and you miss out on the choreography. I highly recommend Danger, Boy in Luv, War of Hormone, Black Swan, RUN, Save Me, Spring Day to show their range and versatility. Also the dance practice for Blood, Sweat, & Tears, their dance practice to it is top-tier! Your friend will enjoy it for sure.

I think if you want anyone to see BTS' songs, you have to see the original video or in the training hall because in the theater they don't look good on the beam because of the filming and their voice is because of the fans' voices 🙏🏻💜💜💜
Jimin is also Main Dancer along with JHope..! Jimin studied contemporary Dance and was Top Students and learned Hip hop, popping and Street Dance ... And he is already known as One of BEST DANCERs in Kpop Industry, and he is crowned as Best Dancer by Dabeme for 3 consecutive years...

you should let them watch BTS performing ON live on the Jimmy Fallon Show exactly the way they danced in this MV. you should also let them watch BTS' dance practice videos so that they could see how each member do the transitions smoothly without even thinking aboit bumpinh into one another or looking behind or beside them to make sure that they wouldn't collide with another member. BTS trust each other so much that they know every one of them knows when the transition should happen and where they should position themselves next. also, BTS perform with their 100% building their energy up and stays up until the end.
BTS "may" not dance in this MV in one take but they danced the whole day over and over again until they're satisfied with the final result.
The most impressive thing in the WAB performance is the way they switch their mics in the dance break if you look closely.
