    So good to listen with you Bob. I remember reading your translation of the Vimalakirti with L. Hurvitz at UBC. It is a profound path. Comment: Gotama never really gave a definitive answer to the question of the existence of atman. Yes? If so why? It wasn't relevant or it was something that we all have to work out. There is mystery there too no? With the knowlege and theory add local genuine work and democratic movement and justice. Be well.

    I find his style of speaking rather difficult to listen to because he meanders in a monotonous tone (his snorting does not help, either). Plus he seems to riff aimlessly saying whatever pops into his mind. I cannot imagine this man being any good at samatha meditation
