So yes, Acheron, if she knows where teyvat planet is, could just travel there since emanators can pass through or manipulate imaginary energy, which energy blocks normal humans from interstellar travelling
yeah... it does make you wonder if the twins are eminators. keeping in mind that not all eminators are as strong as each other. the main ability they all share is to freely travel between worlds, and that being special about eminators. even in the swarm disaster, where the swarm spread throughout the universe, it utilized eminators to propagate. most space fairing factions are founded by an eminator, and utilize ships powered with path energy. really makes you reconsider the twins and the traveler and how they go from world to world.

so a few corrections on the "hoyoverse" connections. firstly, the imaginary tree represents the universe not multiverse. its basically a concept that merges the idea of a multiverse with a normal universe. every planet in the universe is a leaf on the tree. second, not all hoyoverse games are connected to the hoyoverse. interestingly, on launch of Zenless Zone Zero, the lead writer and developer of it said it isn't apart of the same universe like honkai impact third, honkai star rail, genshin impact, and tears of themis are. third thing, apparently nearly every planet in the hoyoverse is sorta isolated and has a sort of barrier that stops travel to other worlds in the universe, and that can only be broken to allow travel by, either having an aeon open the way permanently, have a civilization utilize path energy from an aeon to power their ships, or be an eminator, in which all eminators can freely travel between worlds (kinda like the twins in genshin do funny enough) one other thing to keep in mind is, in chinese, they "apparently" only have one word for "earth/world/country/planet/solar system/local stellar group/galaxy/universe/multiverse"... so translations... it can be a bit confusing. people have spent time piecing together the various explanations over the years and have more or less pieced together what the hoyoverse looks like. sadly this is one of those things where just looking at the english translations, especially from honkai impact third, or star rail on launch, will not give you great results. for example star rail has some lines right at the start of the game on launch, where they switch between calling the same exact thing a planet, a solar system, a galaxy, and a universe, all in like the same paragraph... likely because at the time the translators had no clue what they were doing.

@@CarlosAnglada i think they could be going of a similar idea, as they live reusing the same idea in different ways across their games, but i don't think its entirely related. in star rail the circle of knowledge is just a barrier created by nous, where his calculations are absolutely correct, and everything in the universe is finite and predictable. but genshin impact's story timeline wise likely predates the creation of nous given what has been stated about where the different games stand timeline wise. and the only reason to remain within the circle of knowledge is because apparently the finality aeon will be born sooner if you leave it, and things become unpredictable. i'm not sure those ideas would have any bearing on genshin impact but i can guess a similar idea is at play, just likely not on a universal scale. considering the importance of fate, the gods may have locked tevat into a fate system specifically because they don't want uncertainty and be able to know what will happen with true certainty.

And the lore of the origins of the Twins makes them out to be essentially god-like in many respect. They come from the same planet as the PO does. They're probably one of the heirs to the heavenly kingdom in the Gnostic Chorus. They are predicted to be going to "ascend". Traveler is described as a monster that could swallow the world. They are a Descender with the will to dominate and manipulate Teyvat. and so on. Now these god-like attributes may well be similar to how HSR sees Aeons but since I've never played HSR I don't know. I don't think they have a concept of the Syzygy pair of Aeons, but I don't know.
The TLDR of Aeons in HSR, Aeons are considered as Gods and the embodiment of a Path they represent. If someone is aligned with the said path, they are called the Pathstriders. For example, the Aeon in the thumbnail is called Nanook, an Aeon of Destruction, and if you follow their philosophies and beliefs then that means you are a follower of Destruction. In special cases, one can become an Aeon but how to become one is still unknown. It's almost like Archons and Visions, but the main difference is that you can change the path you follow if you are no longer align with the said path. Since the drink mention Tavyet exist before some Aeons were born, then that means Aeons do exist when Tavyet was still inhabited which in this case there should be at least 2 Aeons. Additional context, in Hoyoverse, Aeons are considered as the most powerful entity. There have been many theories saying the Twins could probably ascend to an Aeon named Akivili (in HSR this is the Aeon that our MC follow, that being the Path of Trailblaze) because the striking similarities between the two, that being they both travel from world to world and the train the MC use to travel has very striking similarities between the twins when it comes to their design. But again, this is extreme copium theory and even I myself find my own theory ridiculous 🤣 Just take it with a grain of salt, it's just for fun after all since Hoyoverse tend to put a lot of easter eggs from one game to another :)) As for Abyss being part of Teyvat, it's already revealed long ago from Enkanomiya that the Abyss is part of 3 realms of Teyvat. Void Realm is the same as the Abyss but they are quite destructive, hence the Human and Light work together at some point. Something like the Forbidden Knowledge may come from the Abyss but it's also described as something that do not belong in this world, meaning it could came somewhere even deeper or borderline outside of the Abyss.
If i may add something, my theory is that the abyss is the honkai trying to corrupt teyvat. As time goes on, and teyvat civilizations become more advanced, they had to face honkai as the tree tries to perceive wheter it will throw teyvat into the Sea of Quanta or not. We know of a few civilizations that had lost, being long gone in genshin, such as the angels, enkanomiya, the ancient guys that had built things all over the underground, and more recently, Kaehri'ah (i don't know how to write this name). The Heavenly Principles may be preventing the development of teyvat to prevent the coming of honkai, and it has failed. The abyss is a corrupting force, that has rules that don't apply to the regular world, well, when we enter any stellaron infection, we know that the world around it has been corrupted and the most interesting sign is what honkai does to creatures. Back to HI3, there were the honkai zombies, we do have something similar in HSR, the monsters corrupted by the stellaron power are shown to have strange properties, but there is a case that shows just how much infectious it can be. There is a world Quest where we snatch the armor of a fallen soldier that was killed by the stellaron, becoming an ice monster upon its revival, when a fighter used it to brawl, he was turning sick day after day, i don't remember if he reached the point of seeing illusions or not, but i think that honkai corruption is very similar to the hillichur curse. A force, the abyss, the seeks to corrode everything, ends up creating zombies, hillichurs, to propagate its infection, since after a hillichur's death, the site becomes the origin for abyssal tumors. As for the Heavenly Principles and the presence of aeons in genshin, i have my own theory: The lore of HooH, the aeon of Balance states that some of his followers (emanators) are so powerful that to others they are the same as gods. If we think that the Heavenly Principles ARE the strongest thing living on this planet, and that its mission is to restablish the balance when things go of rail, i would think of it not as an aeon, but like i said, an emanator. Emanators are chosen, but not always know about who gave them powers, and this theory could be applied to the Travellers as well, there is the theory that they maybe are Akivilli, but my theory is that they could be emanators or part of the lost trailblazers that had descent into a world and never came back. Considering that our current party aboard of the train has not only one, but 2 emanators, a herscher and a guy that has inherited the spirit of an aeon, it is not impossible to the train to have carried Aether or Lumine, maybe both, cause i already heard of a theory that the abyss twin is just a product of the Ley lines messing with our memories from back when we had seen our world being destroyed. As for the other gods in genshin, we know that elemental magic is the ultimate power as the hometeam's chosen one, so it makes sense that elemental creatures, most archons included and dragons as well, would be able to control it. The gnosis being part of another descent could be the remaining power of another emanator, with the term god being used to describe a powerful being, but not being a literal god. Altough we know that if GI takes place before the birth of some aeons, HooH, Quipoth, Ix and a few others have been around since the very dawn of the universe.

Honestly, I think the real cope is not accepting that Genshin is part of the Honkaiverse(yes, there are still people who refuse to accept it) and that in part 2 of Genshin the games will connect even more To my understanding, Genshin does not take place in the same galaxy, but in the same universe, only separated by imaginary barriers the sovereigns are most likely scions of Long the Permanence, they all have serpent bodies so far, yeah just two being Apep and Neuvillette but this correlation still works and makes sense because Neuvillette and Zhongli bear a gigantic resemblance to the humanoid descendants of Long + Long is one of the oldest Aeons and spread its descendants throughout the universe the abyss mimics are extremely similar to the quantum Honkai beasts, in addition the concept of the abyss itself is very reminiscent of the Honkai
@@Keiki-kun From my understanding Genshin is part of the Honkaiverse but not a part of the storyline (at least not yet) because Genshin is not really a sequel nor prequel to any of the two games, unlike HSR that is confirmed to be a direct sequel of HI3. But from my understanding as well, Genshin and Honkai series are definitely connected especially the game developer already confirm Genshin IS in the Imaginary Tree and the striking resemblance + hints.

There's more that can be said but you get the idea. "Aeon" precedes HSR in Genshin and it has a separate meaning from in HSR but it's a related meaning. It means a semblance or emanance of god, one part of a pair. And the lore of the origins of the Twins makes them out to be essentially god-like in many respect. They come from the same planet as the PO does. They're probably one of the heirs to the heavenly kingdom in the Gnostic Chorus. They are predicted to be going to "ascend". Traveler is described as a monster that could swallow the world. They are a Descender with the will to dominate and manipulate Teyvat. and so on. Now these god-like attributes may well be similar to how HSR sees Aeons but since I've never played HSR I don't know. I don't think they have a concept of the Syzygy pair of Aeons, but I don't know.
The TLDR of Aeons in HSR, Aeons are considered as Gods and the embodiment of a Path they represent. If someone is aligned with the said path, they are called the Pathstriders. For example, the Aeon in the thumbnail is called Nanook, an Aeon of Destruction, and if you follow their philosophies and beliefs then that means you are a follower of Destruction. In special cases, one can become an Aeon but how to become one is still unknown. It's almost like Archons and Visions, but the main difference is that you can change the path you follow if you are no longer align with the said path. Since the drink mention Tavyet exist before some Aeons were born, then that means Aeons do exist when Tavyet was still inhabited which in this case there should be at least 2 Aeons. Additional context, in Hoyoverse, Aeons are considered as the most powerful entity.
There have been many theories saying the Twins could probably ascend to an Aeon named Akivili (in HSR this is the Aeon that our MC follow, that being the Path of Trailblaze) because the striking similarities between the two, that being they both travel from world to world and the train the MC use to travel has very striking similarities between the twins when it comes to their design. But again, this is extreme copium theory and even I myself find my own theory ridiculous 🤣 Just take it with a grain of salt, it's just for fun after all since Hoyoverse tend to put a lot of easter eggs from one game to another :))
As for Abyss being part of Teyvat, it's already revealed long ago from Enkanomiya that the Abyss is part of 3 realms of Teyvat. Void Realm is the same as the Abyss but they are quite destructive, hence the Human and Light work together at some point. Something like the Forbidden Knowledge may come from the Abyss but it's also described as something that do not belong in this world, meaning it could came somewhere even deeper or borderline outside of the Abyss.
If i may add something, my theory is that the abyss is the honkai trying to corrupt teyvat. As time goes on, and teyvat civilizations become more advanced, they had to face honkai as the tree tries to perceive wheter it will throw teyvat into the Sea of Quanta or not. We know of a few civilizations that had lost, being long gone in genshin, such as the angels, enkanomiya, the ancient guys that had built things all over the underground, and more recently, Kaehri'ah (i don't know how to write this name). The Heavenly Principles may be preventing the development of teyvat to prevent the coming of honkai, and it has failed. The abyss is a corrupting force, that has rules that don't apply to the regular world, well, when we enter any stellaron infection, we know that the world around it has been corrupted and the most interesting sign is what honkai does to creatures. Back to HI3, there were the honkai zombies, we do have something similar in HSR, the monsters corrupted by the stellaron power are shown to have strange properties, but there is a case that shows just how much infectious it can be. There is a world Quest where we snatch the armor of a fallen soldier that was killed by the stellaron, becoming an ice monster upon its revival, when a fighter used it to brawl, he was turning sick day after day, i don't remember if he reached the point of seeing illusions or not, but i think that honkai corruption is very similar to the hillichur curse. A force, the abyss, the seeks to corrode everything, ends up creating zombies, hillichurs, to propagate its infection, since after a hillichur's death, the site becomes the origin for abyssal tumors.
As for the Heavenly Principles and the presence of aeons in genshin, i have my own theory: The lore of HooH, the aeon of Balance states that some of his followers (emanators) are so powerful that to others they are the same as gods. If we think that the Heavenly Principles ARE the strongest thing living on this planet, and that its mission is to restablish the balance when things go of rail, i would think of it not as an aeon, but like i said, an emanator. Emanators are chosen, but not always know about who gave them powers, and this theory could be applied to the Travellers as well, there is the theory that they maybe are Akivilli, but my theory is that they could be emanators or part of the lost trailblazers that had descent into a world and never came back. Considering that our current party aboard of the train has not only one, but 2 emanators, a herscher and a guy that has inherited the spirit of an aeon, it is not impossible to the train to have carried Aether or Lumine, maybe both, cause i already heard of a theory that the abyss twin is just a product of the Ley lines messing with our memories from back when we had seen our world being destroyed.
As for the other gods in genshin, we know that elemental magic is the ultimate power as the hometeam's chosen one, so it makes sense that elemental creatures, most archons included and dragons as well, would be able to control it. The gnosis being part of another descent could be the remaining power of another emanator, with the term god being used to describe a powerful being, but not being a literal god. Altough we know that if GI takes place before the birth of some aeons, HooH, Quipoth, Ix and a few others have been around since the very dawn of the universe.

Honestly, I think the real cope is not accepting that Genshin is part of the Honkaiverse(yes, there are still people who refuse to accept it) and that in part 2 of Genshin the games will connect even more
To my understanding, Genshin does not take place in the same galaxy, but in the same universe, only separated by imaginary barriers
the sovereigns are most likely scions of Long the Permanence, they all have serpent bodies so far, yeah just two being Apep and Neuvillette but this correlation still works and makes sense because Neuvillette and Zhongli bear a gigantic resemblance to the humanoid descendants of Long + Long is one of the oldest Aeons and spread its descendants throughout the universe
the abyss mimics are extremely similar to the quantum Honkai beasts, in addition the concept of the abyss itself is very reminiscent of the Honkai
@@Keiki-kun From my understanding Genshin is part of the Honkaiverse but not a part of the storyline (at least not yet) because Genshin is not really a sequel nor prequel to any of the two games, unlike HSR that is confirmed to be a direct sequel of HI3. But from my understanding as well, Genshin and Honkai series are definitely connected especially the game developer already confirm Genshin IS in the Imaginary Tree and the striking resemblance + hints.
