She's def worth saving for after seeing how cool her animations are. Kinda wish the 3-star skin changed the weapon effects to be blue lightning instead of red because then I'd want it.
Gotta say, the devs really managed to live up to the excitement of a potential playable Rubilia on the presentation front as far as I'm concerned. Also, holy heck she is pretty tall in her current Biography. Didn't think we would get a female char even taller than Frigg, not to mention taller than even Marc. Her model admittedly does seem to have unusually long legs.
Thank you for doing these "demos" for new characters/weapons, without the blinding effects of other weapons. You might actually be the only one who does these and I appreciate that!

Compared to Rubilia and the little stuff we know and seen about Melania, she just feels boring and underwhelming and Melania would have flopped real hard if she was released along side the new characters. Also in coop i like to play support, so i usually run cocoritter, nemesis, lim for team content. Then use samir/crow for exploration instead of cocoritter
how long does banner run now again? when should we get Fiona in global and when can we get Rubilia? granting we still going with the pace and no delays happens or no double banners..
Fiona is way better overall, but if you are pure volt(have Tian + Fenrir), then Rubellia might be more worth... Still might want to get at least c0 fiona, so you can clear stuff with volt ressist better.
If pure volt maybe Rubilia. However, from what was seen on CN there is a chance Rubilia may not be F2P friendly. Fiona is better F2P friendly confirmed (we'll still see about Rubilia cause she isn't fully done yet) as of right now.

sadly 3* skin never changed the weapon effect. only way to have her effect changed = gachapon skin, one that costs +10k dc (like lin, umi, lan, etc)
the scary thing is it might be a gacha skin in the future
