PV is good but her kit is underwhelming. If you have A6 Lan you will doubt pulling for her if you don't have enough resources to make her A3 or A6. She is not putting anything new to the table. Basically, a Lan v2.0, off-field DPS weaker on low advancements. Global is not concerned on how they created Mimi (Fenrir v2.0 bec they get more revenue from Volt Elements) and is very concerned on how FeiSe is designed. They are not contented in just nerfing her Trait to being almost useless, they reduced every single DOT she is creating. They don't want any other element to surpass Volt (they need to take care of their Whales). Other elements need to do a lot of things in battle while volt just stands there doing Homing Hold Attacks, healing their thorns and getting all buffs they need from matrices and traits. Pepega
