Bro I've been using all for reef powder for over a year now which is around 3 tubs and absolutely every time it's pure white and mixes crystal clear, that stuff don't look too good man
So after doing some research a while back the old formula that the company used was making the color of it. Change to a darker tint. They no longer use this formula either way it doesn’t affect anything.

Yeah I’ve seen that live. I think the machados presentation was allot more informative and to the point. all in all good information! Thanks for watching!
My biggest word of advice is that this supplement works slow and stable. Initially, I thought it would be the same as 2 part. Where you can see the change in alkalinity pretty quick from day today and within a week time know your exact consumption. However, within four days I saw zero change and double dosage slowly in craft until one day it seems to raise a whole point within a couple of hours when I tested again thinking something was up. In retrospect, be prepared to not get your consumption results right away do it slow.
awesome video just started a 60 gallon 8 weeks ago just have two lps and a softie for now all my parameters are stable with water changes should I wait to start dosing when I stock the tank
Hello! Thank you for the video! My question is: how many solutions per day do you have to dose into your aquarium? Do you still need to additionally dose TM Balling A or B?
Great video! Do yu really have to buy all that gear? Someone on Amazon said 6 spoons for 1000 ml bottle and 3 for 500 ml bottle. Not sure if she is right. She says she pits clear aquarium rock in the bottle to help stir it! Also couldnt you convert it online to grams?
so after about 20 mins or so the solution turned clear after settling down from the mixer. theres another guy on youtube that showed his mixing process. his solution also looked yellow. or dirty water color.
alk is delayed in showing up until it does its chemical related stuff in the water so when using afr dose based on calcium levels and alk will follow suit behind and stabilize yes completely opposite of what we know about alk n calcium
@@adnailsupplyso you use all for reef to avoid water changes, maybe I should start using it then. My tank is only 4 months old, I don’t think I’m ready for dosing with just softies in the tank
Idk if you know what your talking bout im doing over 20 percent water change every week and checked my water a day after water change and my alk was at 7.0 too low and im religious about my water changes

Great video. Ive been using A4R for over a year now. Mine does always mix nice and clear. It's never been yellow.
Might be the warm water he puts in the microwave could be a chemical reaction.

My question is:

A dose about 6.2 mL every three hours over 24 hour. Period. I use kalkwasser extra just to bring up my calcium levels.
Do you get a brown sludge in your reservoir from the all for reef
Yes, I do but I clean out my reservoir time to time
👍😎 Great video! That is what I use as well❤️
Thank you! Hope it’s AFR is working good
@@sidsreef6891 Yes at the moment I would not use anything else🌊🤙
How could I apply to adding this with my ATO?
@@arthurmccue3647 you need a doser. ATO is not a good idea. Buy a cheap 40$ one from Amazon
Mine comes out clear

So for 1800 ML’s is about 320 g of powder
mine mixes clear from the start
Weird mine mixes clear?
Same, crystal clear like water.

Yeah mine goes from cloudy white to clear.
What alkalinity and calcium numbers do you target with your All-for-Reef dosing?
i go off of TM parameters. Salinity:35PPT(1.026) PH:8.0-8.4 Calcium:400-440 MAG:1300-1380 ALK:6-12. my Alk level is a lil higher.
@@sidsreef6891 that's what ever one says what is your exact target or actual peram
You don’t even have to put the magnetic stick in the beaker. you can still get it from the outside so your stick doesn’t get wet.
Scheiss egal
Any issues with PH or alkalinity swings? thinking about trying it on my 32 gallon fiji cube
alk is delayed in showing up until it does its chemical related stuff in the water so when using afr dose based on calcium levels and alk will follow suit behind and stabilize yes completely opposite of what we know about alk n calcium
No pH issues I also kalkwasser
I’m still watching but I caught that you said 900 mls is a liter and it’s 1,000 mls per liter. Just to clarify. 100mls will make a big difference.
Think he means you need to use 900ml to achieve 1lt of product!
Yes, so it’s 900 ML‘s which mixes 1000 ML’s. After you add the powder, it brings the water level up because the weight of the powder.
Use tropic Marin reef Pro salt water change every week and you won't need all this additive stuff
Use this and you'll never need to do waterchange. Saves more money

How olds your tank? Water changes won’t cut it when you get to a certain density of corals..
#150
thats defintely not the colour AFR should be
SeaLab28 works for me and no pumps and cheaper
yeah i have seen those also. thats great its working for ya!
