Nobody knew what her true character is like. She might be boastful and loud behind the scenes. You don't know her well enough to say that. Charles as we all know, never hide what he truly feels about her and the marriage. Diana did spill the beans about the things she felt was done unfairly toward her. I just don't understand why the royal family took so much offence at the illusion they prefer the world to see, even lying to themselves. The son refuses to go along that this is a good match between them. Seeing how Camilla became Queen now, i don't know if her spirit truly rests well. After all, it was her position before the divorce and her tragic death.
Charles has always been intimidated if a girl is smarter than him.. he thought Princess Diana will just bow down before him, look at him no girl wanted to be with charles, aside his bratty side, so he stayed bachelor until she was rejected also by Princess Diana older sister so he went to Diana and destroyed her life.. charles is nothing. The funny thing is, his family were more elated about the arranged marriage than Charles. Look at how The Queen smile when Diana walks in with her wedding gown. Charles, however, has never shown any slight cooperation nor enthusiasm. From engagement interview, we knew how he felt about Diana. Ironically, that interview ended with him saying the interviewer was very kind. What if he gives the same kindness to Diana, perhaps the tell all book and interview wouldn't have happened.
