Diana is proud of both of her sons. They choose their own ways according to what they wanted. Nowadays it is more important to have a happy family rather than a life of duty which will never be as satisfying as healthy relationships and will remain nothing more than a shiny appearance. The monarchy world may be good for fairytale moments but would not feed their people or warm up their houses or give them work... the problems of today will not be solved by kings, queens, princes or princesses. It is the people that can create solutions and better lifes when they are willing to step forward. And very similar to Germany without a monarchy.
And to think that the money we have to pay the local councils is taken from our accounts by Direct debit that we don't even set up our selves, they do. Our tax money supports the Royals, cannot see what else it does.

Thank you for posting this while the majority of us live in relative cool comfort we need to be reminded of how the disenfranchised and marginalized are forced to exist under these conditions. I remember being near Phoenix some years ago and it was 116f and in an air conditioned room I was perspiring and felt uncomfortable. Highlighting the supportive human spirit among this homeless community can be an example for us all to follow as we encounter homelessness in our own towns and cities.

Loved the documentary and I do feel that Princess Diana would not have wanted Harry to leave the monarchy the way he did, she never wanted to divorce from Charles and therefore would have been doing the good works within the monarchy, however things did not work out that way, she cut down on public life and work, because it became overwhelming and therefore sized down her charity work. She never on purpose and publicly humiliated the monarchy either, that her children grew up in as they were still to an extent her family. May her soul rest in peace and rise in glory 🙏

Before she died, she was planning to visit Julie Andrews' estate in Malibu which was for sale. Harry is doing nothing new that she didn't want to do herself. I believe she would be so proud of him for having the courage to break away despite the punishment. But she would also be torn for concern for William as well. In my eyes,their marriage was a bit of a puzzle.....two nice people ,both good-looking, both from aristocracy, their respective charitable work was applauded,.......with a fairytale marriage starting of well ......taking a frighteningly suicidal behaviour on her part, must have deeply traumatized- her husband's psychology & attitude towards women ( obviously,he wasn't confident enough to date other women ,later in life....except for his old aquaintance- ,-now Queen consort) ......it must have been tumoultous for both of them......still wonder why it went so wrong.....anyway, it's best to live with the wonderful memories of her charity & her role as devoted mother .......& hoping King Charles has found lasting peace too! Both of them deserved peace of mind!
