Car did offer a cup holder. It was a unit that was located inside the center console. Many were removed and lost or broken to make room to use the center console storage. I ordered one from eBay...was delicate and used most of the storage space. Don't forget the hidden storage drawer under the passenger set too. Drives like a Japanese Mercedes...heavy, but solid and very roadworthy.
Agreed. After fixing up 3 half beat SVXs in succession I'm now the grinning 2nd caretaker of a pristine one owner 1997 Laguna Blue w 87000 km. Pure joy in style and engineering. Dave
