I'm probably going to sound crazy but this drill comes to me very naturally when I use sticks but as soon as I pick up my swords this drill becomes really hard for me. I think it's because I'm not use to using broken strikes with swords. After about an hour I finally started to get it though.
Just joined your membership and look forward to watching all the extra stuff. Keep the videos coming I really enjoy learning about Kali from your channel.
