Well looks like quite a good number of people are depressed .Lets breakdown the whole situation :-
1.First of all we have to accept that china has bigger economy than us so obviously they can spend more on defence budget
2. China is competing with usa , south korea , japan , phillipines etc hence the large investment on such platforms
3.Our current priorites are not match to china defence budget but rather to have sufficient detterent power which is 0.3 to 0.5 of full chinise arsenals (overall if we consider there military power =1)as we all know that china cannot deploy all those military platforms on india side
4.Why is china spending so much ? becuase they want to next superpower after usa
5.What are our priorites ?Continous economic growth for the 2 decades without any conflict in war .
