lets be practical...we don't need this currently we need more submarines and destroyers ...and built our island chain for UCAV level operations....we can make all these stuff only after we have almost 15-20 destroyers , 25 submarines diesel and electric and almost 30 frigates and instead of CATOBAR i think we should take EMALS system and work with Indian Railway so that we can add more budget and once prepared Nay can make for their own and we can have faster trains in EMALS based applications.

Taiwan being made to set up chip fabs in different countries means that Taiwan is no longer that important for the US to defend, from PRC's perspective. Even if the most advanced fabs are still in Taiwan, disrupting or losing them will not be a major disruptor to word trade.
