According to my quite uninformed opinion you got very good value for your money. The album is very neat and seems to have been looked after very well. I also thought there were as a bonus quite a lot of stamps in it. It also fits your purpose. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I had a similar album as a boy in the 50s. I liked the color maps which I consulted whenever I got a stamp from a new country. I could point to any country in the world 🌎 on a map before I was 12 years old.... memories.... memories....
They are great albums and it's amazing what memories a stamp can stir up, from things like vacations/holidays to a motorcycle/car you once owned, stamps are great.
Since losing my mum I came across her stamp albums in draw she was collecting since 1950s very organized albums well 2 them. I wounded where she got stamps from she had pen friends all over world a hell lot from Iraq am finding interesting am learning I feel I need second opinion from expert which I will do so many countries Japan stamps interesting and Chinese ones as well am coming up to retirement soon thanks Gavin Hastings east Sussex
Hi Gavin, I am sorry for your loss. Your mum sounds like she had a good collection and if your considering adding to it or collecting stamps yourself then someone on here might be able to help, I am no expert but I do have some knowledge about some stamps, countries and others on here have knowledge of others. Your mum might have gone to stamp shops or similar, or cut stamps of envelopes she may have received in the mail or from her pen friends. If you are considering stamp collecting yourself I can highly recommend it. Take care, Jerry

Nice album. Are you set now for all your world wide collecting needs? Album looks to be in good shape too. And I think I saw it had screws similar to what I saw with the Davo albums. Does it mean you can add to it?
Hi Chris. Yes, that's it for the world collection. I think you can add to it, which I may do at a later date, but for now, it will do. I'm going to concentrate on a few countries more and try to get as complete a collection as possible of those.

Yes, it was a very good deal, it's in pretty good condition and the stamps inside are a nice bonus, some nice ones too.
