The reality is the annual London National Rejoin March has been cancelled, because lasts year's event only attracted a few hundred weirdos.
When she says _"ending freedom of movement wasn't on the ballot"_ does she think people thought the UK was going to leave the EU and keep EU freedom of movement? How stupid is remoaning going to get?
Michael Gove came on the main British TV and told people in front of the camera that voting Brexit would not change anything for Brits with holiday homes in the EU, frankly he lied out of his arse. No the real stupid ones were those that voted Brexit and believed all the lies.
Can the remoaners on here give an honest answer to a straightforward question? When the UK was a member of the EU, did you want the UK to join the eurozone? I ask this because it is a matter of stated fact the EU wanted/wants all its member states to use the EU single currency. So, pro-EU political activists in the UK must have wanted the UK to join the eurozone. In 2016, the Remain supporting (pro-EU political activist) UK government sent a booklet to every household in the UK. This booklet pledged the UK would never join the euro. The reason I raise this is because it seems very strange not one UK citizen opposed this pledge. Very odd that not a single UK pro-EU political activist wanted the UK to join the eurozone. Or perhaps, these UK pro-EU political activists were waiting for the UK people to vote to stay in the EU, before revealing their thoughts on the UK and EU single currency. If this were indeed the case, it would be very dark and very misleading.
The eurozone would not be a bad option, considering that since brexit, the GBP went from 1.45 to the euro, down to 1.13 average, and as bad as 0.93 dipping below when you vector in exchange charges and commissions. The UK economy was downgraded from AAA to Aa2 since brexit, and the tories have hidden the recession and inflation behind fancy charts, conveniently omitting real life figures such as GDP per head, that show the true extent of the damage. Costing over a hundred billion so far, first country ever in the history of history of countries ever, to impose economic sanctions on itself. It is a ''world beating'' first, to quote Boris Johnson. The UK was always in charge of it's own economy, including currency. It's not about what we could have lost or could this or could that, it's about all of that we lost since brexit. The tories, and especially ultra vocal Victorian Jacob Rees Mogg, promised cheaper goods, cheaper clothes, cheaper foods, more powerful hoovers, and the opposite happened (what good is a more powerful hoover, after the price of electricity doubled anyway). Then that's going to happen some more with the newly implemented full customs checks, adding costs on red tape that will be passed on to the consumer. Not only individual lorries have to pay extra to be checked (was free before brexit), but the IT systems in Ashford have failed, the infrastructure is unable to cope with the influx, so companies pay extra for extra checks that are not even carried out and the lorries are waved through and into the UK - an absolute smugglers dream, so much for the main promise of Taking Back Control. As per your claim of ''no-one wants'', you're not making this up from your living-room sofa, are you? If so, explain to me how could a freshly brexited country join the EU currency without being a part of the EU. Simply put: you're not making any sense, with your paradoxical tirade.
@@Manu-Official The UK people voted not to be EU citizens - any financial cost because of Brexit can only be the fault of those who failed in their plan to impose EU citizenship on the UK people.
@@Manu-Official _"As per your claim of ''no-one wants'', you're not making this up from your living-room sofa, are you?"_ Nowhere in my unedited comment do I say 'no one wants'. Simply put: you're not making any sense, with your paradoxical tirade."_ Neither did I suggest the UK might join the euro so this demonstrates you are not making sense and have not understood my comment and are making more stuff up.
The City of London with its financial services, tax laundering, offshore tax havens and trust funds which replaced our old empire, never wanted the Euro, think of all the money they make buying and selling currencies. The British people don't seem to understand or care either way as it doesn't affect them, on the other hand the concept of the same currency throughout many countries is a very good idea and is working for European people. I now live in France and travel extensively throughout the EU and can say the euro is a great benefit. The British people only ever wanted to benefit from frictionless trade and freedom of movement, they never really took the levelling up of European countries seriously. Leaving has shown you don't know what you had and till you lose it.
@@Iazzaboyce what a crazy mixed up mind you have. The financial cost because of Brexit WAS because of Brexit. blocking frictionless trade has a price. To blame the EU for what the UK done is ridiculous.

@@teddyboysdontknit810 We should never have been in the EU - we didn't get a referendum and didn't vote for it - so blame the pro-EU idiot MPs for abusing power and for the problems of getting back our independence.
@@teddyboysdontknit810 If people believed leaving the EU had caused them problems - why didn't they support the many rejoin marches on 24 March? Because, the turnout was laughable.
A very strange man indeed.
Peter, you won, get over it.

Brexit is GREAT , W e as a nation now need people to ACCEPT the decision to leave. Remoan remoan
The UK people have accepted UK independence. There are some that cannot cope with democracy, because they believe they know better than others. These people are full of anger and crowd onto videos like this which gives a very distorted picture. The reality is the annual London National Rejoin March has been cancelled, because lasts year's event only attracted a few hundred weirdos.
WHY?
All she is interested is in money
So, It appears you the one making stuff up.
_"If so, explain to me how could a freshly brexited country join the EU currency without being a part of the EU. Simply put: you're not making any sense, with your paradoxical tirade."_
Neither did I suggest the UK might join the euro so this demonstrates you are not making sense and have not understood my comment and are making more stuff up.
Just lost a sub there darling , lying 🤥!!!!!!

''Brexit is costing the UK economy £100 billion a year ($124 billion), with the effects spanning everything from business investment to the ability of companies to hire workers.'' - Bloomberg
@@Manu-Official Any cost to regaining UK independence is on those that abused trust and power and tried to give UK independence away. The UK people don't have to be EU citizens just because you want them to be EU citizens.
