What was the deal with Amakusa coming down in the middle of some of the fights and changing the whole background ? I think it was a conditional thing triggered by the players, but I can't remember at the moment.

Playing at the arcade before the, the button for 14 combos slash for pow up, is CD + AA + BB + CC + A + B + CCC. for higher damage combo CD + AA + BB + CC + A + B + CC then (joystic reverse hadokeen + D (stun) then low slash C ). Correct me if I am wrong its been 12 years since I played this game. But played Ukyo during the time we played at tournament and Hanzo (bust) and Galford (slash) was ban during the tournament because it was OP and no Unli combo for the rimururu with that damn ice combo and also with Genjuro unli dash lower and upper hit.
In the room where I played, no character was ever banned despite the fact that they had devastating combos in tournaments, they were the litmus test to consider yourself a good player to defeat someone with a hanzo, the best thing was to measure yourself against players who could tear hanzo to pieces with basara, gaira or charlotte, the only thing prohibited and penalized was: -grabbing the opponent, it was a noob sign, if you grabbed it, you should let yourself be hit (a light blow XD) -You had to let the opponent take the sword again if he lost it, if not, you were condemned as "gay" -You shouldn't commit suicide, it was considered an insult to the other player. -no choosing random characters, that was for fools, if you were in a tournament everyone would play with their best character, mine was haomaru, my friend's was ukio and the one he taught me to play was hanzo XD. The best thing.....the acid test in the video game room, there were 2 people who were the most difficult to beat in any game, whatever it was....the funniest thing was that those 2 were homosexuals and nobody I insulted them because it didn't work for them to call them gay LOL

@@AryaDaenerysCSia9 When you were already a veteran it was easy to beat Hanzo, the lunge was enough to stop him when he did the fireball animation, that showed how skilled you were and if you did it often, you took away your opponent's confidence and frustrated him, plus another rule, kill hanzo in the first round without him filling his power bar and leaving yours half full, so you can beat him in the second turn... if he managed to reach the flame, use thrust to thwart him ,if he becomes invincible with his ultimate move,just follow the screen and use air kick XD,it was great to play against a pro hanzo player and beat him,you earned the respect of arcade players

While being in the air, rapidly press down back, down forward + A/B/C or you can press down back, down forward then jump + A/B/C. This skill can also be perform when Ukyo dashes back (very very tiny period of time he's still in the air).
You forgot 2 more ways : 1, back, down, forward, up + A/B/C (need to be fast) 2, down, forward, up, back, back + A/B/C (very hard to perform, need to be critical fast)
@@helmiboboy reduce a litte bit damage you got, thus you can escap from dying when your life point is too low and the opponnent's gonna break your guard by using skills such as shoot, etc.

First do a rage explosion by pressing ABC. Then press ABC repeatedly to dash/slash.
