- धार्मिक ग्रंथों से लेकर इतिहास की पोथियों तक दुनिया में हुए महासंग्रामों की कहानियाँ जहां भी दर्ज हैं, उनके मूल में ज़मीन का सवाल ही सबसे अहम है. जमीन का वही सवाल, जिसे समय रहते अगर सुलझाया नहीं जाता तो इसके परिणाम हमेशा ही घातक होते हैं.
जमीन का ऐसा ही एक अहम सवाल इन दिनों उत्तराखंड में भी पूछा जाने लगा है. ये सवाल है कि आख़िर उत्तराखंड में एक सख़्त भू क़ानून क्यों नहीं है? ये सवाल इसलिए भी अहम है क्योंकि देश के अन्य पहाड़ी राज्यों ने तो अपने पुरखों से विरासत में मिली जमीन को भूमाफ़ियाओं से बचाने के प्रबंध किए हैं, लेकिन उत्तराखंड में जमीन की लूट-खसोट पर लगाम लगाने की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है. यहां जो व्यवस्था थी भी, उसे भी पिछली सरकार ने खत्म करते हुए ज़मीनों की लूट के सभी दरवाज़े खोल दिए हैं.

British Favoritism and Its Impact
The British Empire's strategic favoritism towards the Limbus had long-lasting repercussions. The Limbus aided the British in their geopolitical objectives, including incorporating Sikkim into the British Empire. The rich and diverse history of these communities, deeply rooted in their land and traditions, was overshadowed by the fabricated narratives propagated by the Limbus and supported by the British.

There will be a intermixing of cultures and authentic Haryanavi culture will start depleting within a decade. This is a hypothetical situation but it's real in case of Uttarakhand. Garhwali and Kumaoni are a small community, we don't have a huge population and we only want strong land laws to save our culture.

राहुल भाई को सबसे पहले धन्यवाद , जनता का ध्यान इस और आकर्षित करने के लिए। ये बिल्कुल सही समय है अगले आने वाले चुनाव से पहले इस मुद्दे के बारे मे सबको जागरूक करना ही होगा। पर दुखद बात ये है कि उत्तराखंड की वर्तमान सरकार के पास मैजोरिटी तो है पर नियत नही है भू कानून लाने की। अगर भू कानून आ गया तो विधायक सांसदो का जो कमिसन माफिया से और उद्योगपतियों से मिलता है वो तो खत्म हो जाएगा ना। इसलिए उत्तराखंड की अंधभक्त जनता को जितना हो सके झूठे रोजगार और इंडस्ट्री के नाम पर बेवकूफ बनाते रहेंगे ये सब। ज्यादा से ज्यादा जनता क्या करेगी, bjp को हटा के कांग्रेस ले आएगी। संगठित और जागरूक होना ही एक मात्र रास्ता है।

हम शिक्षित तो हो रहे हैं लेकिन यह हमारी जागरूकता का परिचय नहीं ।हम सिर्फ खुद को पहाडी बोलकर अपने राज्य को नहीं बचा पाएंगे। जरूरत है राज्य के जल,जंगल, जमीन के लिए तीव्र मुहिम की।

In May 2023,i was waiting for my pizza to be taken away, meanwhile the owner of the outlet, approached me and my husband to identify us that we are from Uttrakhand (our looks of course).. Then he proudly began to start conversation and started showing the photos from his mobile that.. He has bought this whole mountain and divided in plots.. And almost 70% of it he has sold already with huge profit..it was near Ranikhet.. And asking if we need one!!!
We were shocked to learn that.. Property brokers from noida already gulped down our land even the uplands in kumaun.. Leave aside tarai area. This shows how fast we people from Uttrakhand will be deprived of our mother land. We turned down his proposal and proudly said also.. We are well rooted there and managing our home and land with deep attachment. Strong land law can only save our land from real estate and stop commercialization.

गौरतलब है संविधान मैं 1950 ये डेट दी गई है। रूल सब संविधान मैं है बस उसे बदलने नही देना है। संविधान की जानकारी रखनी है जो न स्कूल मैं पड़ते है ना ही कॉलेज। मूल निवासी सभी राज्यों के लिए जरूरी हैं। 🔥🙏

In niti village there is a gufa called Saraswati gufa from where Saraswati river is originated.
Water of Saraswati river is white as milk and quite noise.

उत्तराखंड में जानबूझकर plains वाले इलाके शामिल किए गए। इन इलाकों के लोग एक तो उत्तराखंड से कोई मतलब वास्ता नहीं रखते, और फिर पहाड़ के लोग भी वहीं जाकर रहने लगे हैं। 2027 के परिसीमन के बाद तो पहाड़ से सीटें कम हो जाएंगी। फिर सरकारें भी बाहरी लोगों की, और प्रदेश भी।
