The part about not spotting Alex seems harsh, but... The other person was about the right height, had the same clothes except for the hat which was there as a distraction, had the right facial hair, 3/4 of his face was covered by the hat, and he was...what, 50 feet away? I feel like it's not that unreasonable to miss.
Also they made the hat the most obvious change so that the contestants would mentally check it off and move elsewhere. They were probably surprised that anyone noticed at all.
Rare scoring error; Alex said that Mark and Nish got 4 points for getting the second most differences right, but then when he reveals their totals, they both got 3 points for that part of the task.

I'm gonna keep repeating myself because this is an issue very close to my heart: PLEASE, put together compilations of every outro/intermission skit/intro from commercial breaks that's been cut out from episodes on the Supermax App!! I love those moments, laughing at the quick jokes, the "additional lore" surrounding LAH and the Taskmaster, and Alex's hijinx in the intermission skits. PLEASE put them up, one video of them for each season, PLEASE!! I need to hear LAH make the sound of an African Elephant!!

Pointless comparison. Obviously there's no other Greg and Alex. There's some good chemistry presenters in other versions, but still they are not Alex and Greg. And on the cast + tasks - there are better and less good in all versions. But that's really based on personal preferences. I still want to see the two bathtub + a chain task in the UK series.
No, they said that the circumference of the balloon needed to match with the length of the cucumber. So the ballon had to be as big around as the cucumber was long.
It's an intentionally tricky way to phrase it. The circumference of the balloon has to be the same length as the cucumber, not the diameter of the balloon. So the balloon has to be about three times smaller than most people would immediately assume it has to be.
I just wish they would do a variation of older tasks on the newer seasons because they are running out of ideas. especially with the prize tasks, those or getting out of hand.

Well Mark's eye sight is poor so he probably couldn't see the difference from where he was standing.
