I really enjoyed the beach condo tours. I would love to see more. Maybe a little north to Madeira Beach, Redington, and Indian Rocks.

You must be reading my mind. Or at least my comments. Just returned today from my first condo rental along with 4 more for a family get together. It was a game changer having 5 kitchens. We never left the beach. Oh but that house! I'm ready to upgrade my vacation upgrade.
You can never have enough kitchens, Bob! Anything that allows you to spend more time on the beach (and saves money from dining out) is worth the extra cost. And yeah, that house is amazing. If you do ever rent it, you better invite us over 😂

...I Remember when I 1st visited Treasure Island...In 1981....Those were some Fond memories....And Now .....WOW...
I hardly recognize Treasure Island....Dixie Grocery store still there...And the Brown Derby.????😒😒😒😪😒

Thanks so much for the encouraging feedback. We used to watch those types of shows all the time to back when we in the home buying market and later when we owned a home. Now that we are just renters we don't get as into them, but some day down the road we'll probably buy another fixer-upper again! Anyway, we hope to get the opportunity to do a few more of these. We really enjoyed making this one!

We've been watching you two for a few years and began vacationing in the St Petersburg area because of your videos. Coming from Colorado we had little knowledge of the Gulf beaches, etc... Wow they are all amazing! I think my favourite is the last one. So many great ocean views. But that parking lot tiki hut hot tub would be a good time too. Such an interesting video angle too. Normally we do hotels but I'd consider a rental like one of these.
Yeah, we would have stayed at that last property all day if we could have. It was pretty amazing! The place with the hottub tiki hut is definitely more in our price range though... although we'd have to book that place in the winter months when the hottub would be most enjoyable!

Loved seeing different rentals. Last year for my friend’s 50th bday a group of us had a condo near Redington Shores on the Gulf. Not far from where we usually stay. Nice to see what else there is down Gulf Blvd farther.

We have been visiting Treasure Island yearly since we discovered your channel. We've been staying at the Bilmar, but have been curious about many of the rentals available from St. Pete up to Clearwater, but hesitant to take a chance on the unknown...until now! We have bookmarked the rental website and hope to see more beach house tours in the future!

Love how all the property have nice gulf views. I actually like the first more affordable option the most. We're looking for some Orlando rentals now which definitely don't have these nice views, but Disney is our goal this September.
Yeah, definitely not going to find any beach views in Orlando, but you sure can find some bargains there. Disney in September sounds like a great goal!

Totally missed out... Riley's Retreat beats 'em all. No relation to me, btw given the same last name (pure coincidence). Directly across the street from Island Inn Beach Resort. 3 Units to choose from, outstanding back courtyard on the intracoastal w/docks. Outdoor kitchen and all the amenities you would need. $270 is what I paid/night during high season.
We've never heard of that place but will definitely look into it next time we know of anyone looking for a place to stay in Treasure Island. Thanks for the recommendation!

Thanks so much for watching our video. We're glad you enjoyed it! We believe that most of the properties do have minimum night requirements, but they vary by property. We'd recommend checking out the resort rentals website if you want to know the rental requirements for a certain property.
Miami Beach or Hallandale Beach and Hollywood Beach is more appealing.

Wow, so the "fourth bedroom" in the nicest mansion is located in the garage with the closest bathroom on a different floor? Then the beautiful water view of the Gulf is a peek a boo glimpse between the two houses across the street. No thanks. Don Cesar seems like a better find since you are literally on the Gulf, several different bars and restaurants, full size pools, spas, activities for the kids, room service, maid service, gym, etc.
No doubt the Don Cesar is great, but it all depends where your priorities/preferences lie. A big house is going to offer some things that a hotel cannot, but yeah the Don is hard to beat.

We appreciate the honest feedback. We know it's not our typical type of video and definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea. We may or may not do a few more of these in the future, but we don't see them ever becoming our "typical" type of content.
We have always enjoyed your videos, but this was a regrettable foray into what looked and sounded like paid advertising. A vlog has value when it presents a unique, individual point of view. This means you supply criticism as well as praise. Example: waxing lyrical about a “seaside view” while gazing at a parking lot detracts from your credibility. You don’t need to gush over every single rental unit you visit. You are not writing advertising copy. In this video with its relentlessly uplifting tone, you actually lost your voice. Please go back to your old style and let your personalities once again shine through.
We always appreciate honest feedback. And while most of the feedback on this video has been positive, we understand this content is not for everyone, and we do appreciate this type of feedback as well... especially since it's our first go at this type of video. The owners of these properties were kind enough to let us tour them and showcase them in our video (without knowing us or how we would represent them), so we really wanted to showcase them in the best light possible. That said, we can probably do a better job of letting the footage speak for itself in the future. Do the mostly positive feedback on this video and the numerous questions we received from viewers about where to stay when they are in the area, we likely will keep making these videos. That said, they will be an "every once in a while" type of video, and we have no plans on stopping making the "travel guide" videos that you're used to.
