I used to love penne, but strangely since I’ve started watching this channel, I’ve started subconsciously getting different shapes. Like I didnt really take notice until recently either. My pantry has a bunch of different shapes now, and no penne in sight

Y’all are doing way too much with this video. It’s like you’re just trying to copy the randomness that some channels have success with but doing it worse. I liked the editing of the other vids. Way more natural. Not forced. Enjoyable to watch. Recipe is still top notch though as always!! 🙌🏼

The colour tweaks done to the footage make our gorgeous gal look like she’s slathered in orange tan and all the food look totally washed out and unappealing. Plus all the text? Too. much. 😵💫 Pleaaaase can we go back to the original video editing vibes? 🥺
VODKA contributes nothing to the taste of a sauce it makes it only bitter and in my opinion this is absolutely not desirable. Gin on the other hand is a completely different story, it brings some nice aromas to the table.
Get better vodka. And bitter is often a desirable flavor - that's why we add black pepper to dishes, and eat things like broccoli, kale, cilantro and radishes, and why hops is added to beer.
I mean, if you want your pasta to taste like a Christmas tree that's been set on fire, you do you, but some day the world will admit that gin is terrible and on that day, I will not tell the world "I told you so", I will not gloat, I will say "world, I welcome you to the future".

I ordered the Calabrian chilis and made this as soon as they arrived. With the last of the Sungolds from my garden, this is a fantastic sauce!
Mezcal is an interesting swap too, adds a nice smokiness to pasta dishes.

Those aren't baby sun golds. Sun golds are a type of orange cherry tomato known for their sweet, almost clementine like taste.
