I'm a 50 yr old carpenter/remodeler of 30 yrs from NE Ohio & I love my Bosch click& go L-boxx, i-boxx & tool tote w/ dolly kit! Virtually all of my power tools; 12v, 18v, & corded, are all Bosch! Bosch has the best battery platform & tool selection on the market, IMO. And could, very easily, have the best tool box storage solution system on the market, as well. That is, if it wasn't missing the most popular component in modern tool storage design.. Big drawers!! So, what I really, really, really want Bosch to make is an XL version of the i-boxx that's the size of 2 normal sized i-boxx's w/ compatible XL drawer that's as deep as 2 normal sized 72od drawers; ie, 144od drawer/case. In my opinion, the only flaw to the Bosch i-boxx/ l-rack system is that there are no big drawers. But, that's an easy fix.. So please do it. 🤞
Recently picked up the Lboxx 374. What a beast. I was able to put the senco 1gallon air compressor, metabo finish nailer, brad nailer, and pin nailer all in it.
I have loads of L-BOXXs, but spend ages trying to find which box a particular tools is in. What is needed is a some sort quick recognition system. Particularly when you're looking down at a large stack. Coloured labels maybe?

It is high time that Bosch reconsiders its partnership with Sortimo and introduces a comprehensive range of storage systems, including boxes, drawer boxes, and a sturdy trolley. The current L-Box offerings are both overpriced and lack durability. A cursory examination of competitors such as Dewalt's Tough System and Milwaukee's Packout reveals the need for a well-designed and robust range of boxes and drawers to remain competitive in the market.
Lbox is so expensive with less space and flexibility in costumization. Im a mutibrand tool user and i have several bosch tools that performs excellent but honestly I was never attracted with the LBoxx platform.
Top lid for the small mini L-boxx to clip on Top lid for tablet or laptop to sit on (i do all my quotation on a tablet these days ) or any strait face for the L-box (put for on them in a square and you get a workbench) Annnnddd would be nice to have a clipboard attachment -- currently only DeWalt has a clipboard (that I use both for papers and tablet)
I did ask in the previous Live stream but didn't get a complete reply, will Bosch or Sortimo be making an Inlay Tray - Part No. 1600A003RA for the G2 L-Boxx 238 as currently the tray only fits the Old L-Boxx.

Oh, so Bosch is going to have 18v garden tools after all. That may be the best news from this stream. Now -> just combine it with 1st class multi-bay fast charger (it can be pricey, but it has to be *good*) and you will solve a lot of problems. This is 101: Give wife 18V tool so husband has better excuse to invest in your 18V (amp share). My wife does not care about my router. But she will be happy with awesome 18V pruner. It all has to fit together nicely. Also: I would love L-BOXX of any color (or at least latches / handles). There is something inside me screaming against me putting Milwaukee tool into a Bosch colored box. Let us configure our boxes. It makes things much easier to identify as well. That goes for Sortimo boxes as well (custom colors can be chosen for mass orders only).
And there are more 18V garden tools to come 😉 We can't provide any additional info on what products we're working on but we'll pass your comments on to the product development team (if they're not already working on them 👀)

I'd tend to agree and the costing in comparison is unreal. I'm just about to hit the button on 4k of bosch power tools but the storage capacity on an organiser is poor for the pricing. For 3x i-boxx and the carrier for them with inlay trays comes to £160 😳.. only to fit what I have in 1 packout Organiser case
Quick question about a 18V tool. Did you mention in the 18V live stream that there are a new GOP 18V starlock multi cutter on the way?? I want to buy one, but it would be silly to buy the old one now if there's a brand new one round the corner. Thanks :)
They mentioned something about GOP 18V replacement coming soon on one of previous streams (it may have been the one just before this). I thought exactly as you did but I needed mine now so... otherwise I would have had waited. But I imagine the price will be considerably higher.

Nothing new and technological! The updated L-boxx breaks at the corners, the retractable elements of the doges should be on the rails and the power tool should fit in them. In this format there is no vacuum cleaner, radio and so on, very bad! I use l-boxx and talk about them problems
I love Bosch stuff but these boxes are a joke! Extremely overpriced for the thin wobbly plastic you get. £75 for one box??? What a joke! You can get a whole system from Dewalt for that… much better built as well. Also, Bosch now has 3 different designs that wont work with each other. I would need to spend a thousand pounds just to get all the boxes to be the same generation.

I would love to see an 18v biturbo concrete saw to go alongside the gbh drills. Like Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt and Hilti do.

the inside of the tote bag should be blue or red so you can see your tools and little things like screws that fill into it.
I BROUGHT THE NEW BIG BOX SO WILL WAIT TILL THEY MAKE ONE FOR THAT .. I HAVE ONE IN MY OLD BOX IN USE .

Why not make a 136 tray so we can take out drill from the middle of the stack, from the side, instead of onloading half of it. Quick and easy.

Yes - Festool made each iteration of their Systainers better than the previous. Bosch made the new L-Boxxes cheaper and nastier than the originals.
