I just ran into this error setting up a PC so thought "that will make a good, and short, video". I guess this comes under the Bits part of the channel name.
My only fear would be that it could be a hacked driver with a virus on it. Odds are that would not be the case, but it does open the door for an unwanted install. I believe I only have used this process a couple times since the PC Junior days.
Is anyone in charge over at Microsoft?

I agree, it's important to make sure you've got a valid and safe file.
Thank you for this hint, that's exactly what happens in Windows 11. Of course you have to be sure you want to do the executiom of the installer.
Definitely check it's a valid piece of software.
