I struggle with anxiety, loneliness, and body issues. Nick I think you should seek help with a professional for your eating disorder and probably depression. Maybe you could find a way to interact with people more often; I just feel like you think you're not doing like more with your life other than youtube and not doing stuff teenagers normally do like studying and having fun while in college. Maybe you could join in a class of something you enjoy doing like art, yoga, etc. Sometimes it helps a lot to be busy so you keep your mind off other things.

I struggle with suicidal thoughts. Everyday I wish I was dead and only LGBT stuff makes me want to die less because pride makes me happy. Pretty much everyone knows I struggle with this accept my parents and my counselor at school. I should probably talk to her but I don't think it will help. I just want to stop living sometimes. I have so many responsibilities and I don't even know why I want to die so bad. It wasn't this bad until last year. I had always contemplated all that but I was never so deep into it that I actually wanted to. But now I go to sleep every night comforted at the thought of dying in my sleep. The only things that keep me from doing it are my best friends and LGBT stuff.
Edit: I don't experience this anymore. The only thing I struggle with is Anxiety now, and that just sucks. I found a wonderful boyfriend and he has helped me so much! I love him! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have tried to end my life twice in the last two years, I know what deep depression is and what it feels like. I have to snap out of this because after the holidays I realized that life goes on. I've been a nurse for 20 years and haven't worked for a while due to health issues, but I have decided to go back to work, buy a new car and start my life over. Don't hurt yourself start over and love yourself
I'm LGBT+ too! Plz don't die. I don't know why but every time someone I know dies I blame myself, like when my brother's friend committed suicide I blamed myself and I hadn't even seen his face before. It would be the same if you died. I would feel like there was something I could do to stop it or help you through it. Sometimes I kinda feel like how you feel, except for me it's more like I don't want to die I just don't want to live. I don't know weather you have Pinterest or not but I have a LGBT+ board which has a bunch of positive stuff, so yeah. If you ever want or/and need to rant I got you covered. Sorry this turned out long, but yeah.❤️

I was told I was fat by my cousins all the time when I was younger, they made me feel so shit, so from the age of 13-16 I had anorexia, not to the stage where I was being admitted to hospital, but I was dieting to an extreme, terrified of calories and constantly thinking of losing weight. The way I got out of it was I started going to the gym and trying to get stronger and musclier, and since I needed 3000+ calories a day it changed my perception of calories from fearing them, to needing them for fuel
I have two very bad things I deal with, depression and eating disorder, Nick you need to sleep until you're body doesn't want to, 'cause honestly you look so sad and depressed-- it makes me cry. Ilsym Nick and feel way better soon, btw a little tip... Don't let you're anger and depression cave inside you, 'cuase once you can't hold it in any longer... I’ve struggled with depression a lot in my life and it’s taken a lot to overcome it and eventually I developed eating disorders and self-hatred I was so lost in thought and it was like I wasn’t even there...eventually I found a video on TH-cam about someone else who fought the same thing as me ( I’m not gonna say who) but their video showed me ways to battle it and get help so I eventually called a therapist and downloaded apps that allow me to talk to someone who can talk me through my disorders and connect with people in my own life who know how to deal with these things. And watching your video and seeing you deal with your eating disorder really helps me know that I’m not alone.☺️

Calories are based on the heat that is produced by your body when you consume is (take that with a grain of salt I’m not a scientist) so you shouldn’t be worried unless you are eating multiple thousands of them a day. It sounds like you are eating maybe a couple hundred. While Diet Coke doesn’t have calories, it is actually worse for you than regular coke. It has much more unnatural flavoring. So I think you need to see a specialist or really work on yourself and find the root of the problem and reverse the way you feel about yourself. Also a psa you’re perfect. But I do think you should work on the issue. But it’s a really good and big step that you’re acknowledging it. Love you nick! ❤️

I struggle with other people not listening to me and make me feel like I am nothing. This was truly inspirational because it showed everyone watching that we all make mistakes.
I lost all my friends a few years back, one moved pretty far and got married, another one passed away, all the others married guys who didn't seem to mesh with the gay best friend, so I essentially lost everyone in one year.. While I stayed single and friendless..
From not going out every weekend and having no human interaction I gained weight, got extreme anxiety that literally impacts everyday of my life and self esteem..
I lost weight and I look like myself again, but I still have the anxiety.. Life is hard when your an adult and wanna make new friends 😔

Sensitivity in work and my relationships has always been my kryptonite. Like because I am quite a sensitive guy, I find this does drag me down quite low and gives me self-worth issues which I feel you learn to deal with, learn to live with it over time.
