I worked for a framer. I couldn't sweep up the saw dust fast enough, so they promoted me to frame walls.
Then, this one time I hit my thumb with a hammer, and we blamed the hammer. Threw it out, and bought a new hammer.
I just hit my thumb again, maybe my boss will give me his hard hat and plans...
You had an awesome race at Charlotte. I feel like you waited way too long to make that last pit stop. You finished a lap down because of that. You should have finished in the top 15. best of luck to you at the next race.

I was at Meridian when she won her first race in the K&N series. She won 2 more races. When she went to the truck series, I thought she would do well. In three years, her average finish was p21. She has continued her mediocrity in the Xfinity series, but her never thought her team would encourage her mediocracy . Telling her good job for a p20. Hopefully she will find the desire to win with a new crew chief.

Nobody goes out with a brand new crew chief crew and car and ends up in the winner circle . It takes time to get the bugs worked out . She has Dale Jrs old spotter so that’s a plus and now if she gets a crew chief worth a damn she will be right up there . She has skills .

What race did you watch? I'm a Hailie fan, don't get me wrong, but she's nowhere near aggressive enough to be successful. Until she loses the "sit back and wait" mentality, she's just gonna fizzle out. Hope she figures it out

Great race, that yellow comes out 3 laps sooner you are in top 15. Not sure if new crew chief will give you a better setup in qualifying, but that would help for sure. Keep making those laps this year and focus on bigger things down the road.

When your happy with finishing 20th then it’s time for new leadership. They need to push you to actually race and not be where it’s safe at the rear of the pack. Drive it like you stole it already. Your name and gender can only get you so far. Real results are needed or you will end up like Danica. Learn from your brother who is doing that exact thing and he’s winning and getting good results yet you get more media attention. Again it will only last so long.

Hailie, you should get with Tony Stewart and have him put in some track time with you. Have him show you all the things that need to be done to run in the top ten. Even if it is on a small track, it would be time and money well spent.
This Paint scheme is way better - previous scheme had low contrast had to find #15 in a pack. Go Hailie.
