Thank you. I try to clean and lube the chain around 500km. I will clean and lube it sooner if I ride through sand or water or if the chain looks like it needs cleaning.
I use the same chain lube spray on my old 750 ACE. Looks like it will be fine for my new 2023 Versys as well. Interested in your two stands. I'll check your other videos to see if they are covered elsewhere.
Thanks for the feedback. I don't mind this chain lube spray. It does fling a bit. I haven't done any videos on the stands however, I got the front stand at Princess Auto in Canada. The rear stand I got on Amazon. I might do a video on them this Spring when the bikes come out of hibernation.
I'm in Newfoundland, and a Princess Auto is about 4 hours drive away. I'll check out their inventory. I need to get a few items, like the stands, for when it comes home. I've owned my Versys for almost a week, but it is still with the dealer to have accessories added, and to wait for the snow to go.
Princess Auto can probably ship it to you. They have the front stand on sale from time to time maybe $50 - $60. It works really well. I got the rear stand on Amazon that works with spindles and has casters which is quite nice.
Nice bike!
Thank you.
very helpful vidoe. love the versys 650 content, thanks!
Thank you. 👍
Helpful video! every how many km do you clean/lube your versys650s chain?

Congratulations on your bike.
They have both the front chock and rear stand on for $70 now. Probably a good time to pick them up.
