But just like how medication can help improve your attention, reducing other stressors can too. If you have a proper routine that you can follow on autopilot where you dont have to think about it, your brain can relax and save that energy for other things you want to put your attention on before you get decision fatigue. Our brains have a million things going on at once. So the more of those we can automate or outsource, the more extra brain space we have to put towards things we otherwise wouldn't be able to keep up with.
