    Hello. This so is the salad I've never seen before. Very interesting use of Garbanzo beans. Yes when you have had too many Tchin Tchins you better not go driving so little cheating like that is totally a ok 😂. I am glad the weather has finally turned so beautiful & bamboo is growing in the back I see. Thanks Tango Joe 😀👍😋🖐

    Hey Joe!! TH-cam did not send me the alert for this Video. I found out about it from the Recommended list. This was a very nice dish. You, Lyle, and I could eat together anytime. We all love Cilantro. I sometimes put more than my wife likes, that just means, more for me. Lol. 👍🏼💪🏼🇺🇸

    Nothing wrong with Tomatoes out of a can or lemon juice out of the bottle Tango Joe. You rocked that recipe on the disc pretty good my friend. I was screamin for some bacon in it, but not bad at all. Good cook my friend!

      Hey Kirby, thanks man.
      You are right, there is always room for canned goods in our recipes.
      I think that bacon would be good in this recipe added just before serving, to keep that crispiness.

    Mmmm. But I think I'd use queso fresco instead of feta. Garbanzos are trending on all the cool TH-cam cooking channels. 😉 I saw this on FB and was hoping you were doing a video. 💗❤

      Hi Laurice, super cool to see you.
      I was iffy on the feta and I am glad I passed on it. I think that a bowl of cheese on the side to put on the salad just as it is served would be good.

    Tchin Tchin to you mon ami! Joe that is one heck of a lovely salad..I loved it all..and Mas Cilantro you friggin betcha!!! I'm nuts for cilantro..can't grow enough of it . Bravo Joe, love that snap crackle pop salad!

      Just can not seem to get enough of the cilantro, even when a recipe calls for parsley, I grab a bunch of cilantro instead.

    I don't care for Garbanzo beans, but the Power Structure( Re- Old Lady) Loves them! Can't let her see this or I will be cooking it up!

    'Might just have to give this one a try Tango Joe. Even in spite of the fact I am not a huge fan of Chick Peas. But you had be at roasted green chilies and corn! Not to even mention the olive oil, tomatoes and fresh squeezed lime juice! And oh, that fresh Cilantro! I eat that in Everything! You know what you're Doin'!

    What a great combination of ingredients :) The char on the chilis looked so yummy ! The cajun rub looks delicious ! I have never seen the cooker either. No hatin on canned ingredients or short cuts as long as it is delicious! Thanks for sharing :)

    Great recipe. I put chikpeas in a lot of my dishes, but never thought to roast them. I must try that. Pretty cool the corn popped too hehe
    I love cilantro too so all in all this is a sallad right up my alley :)
    Oh. Love the discada too - cool way to cook. The have started selling a cooker here (gas as heatsource) that has the same shape. Wonder if i can order just the cookertop :)

      You have to try roasted chickpeas, so darn good. Makes great hummus too.
