Man, those ribs turned out excellent and I love the bark & smoke ring! I need to fire up my WSM!!!! I will say, I missed the ending credits though. I really like your backyard little cooking shack, great for video making and I need one of those asap 😂. I've been wanting to try that farro stuff...I've seen it around. Them pearls are awesome. Making bone broth form them is always good, some tasty stuff. The next time you see Farro at the store, get some. I even think it would be good in a stir fry on your Blackstone. Keep bundled up over there, you sure are in for some bone chilling temps.
