I just tried them today I have 3c/4a low porosity. The shampoo is okay but the conditioner worked so bomb for me! I did use my hot head when I had the conditioner in, but when I washed it out my hair was so soft and moisturized. I was able to detangle with no problems!

My experience with the shampoo was similar to what Linda was saying, but following it up with a deep conditioner helps. I actually looked up the ingredients in the shampoo and the first few ingredients (aside from water) are fairly strong surfactants so it was no wonder it stripped the oils out of people’s hair.

I don't mind a clarifying shampoo as long as the conditioner puts the moisture back, but GURL! when you said it wasn't worth it...I was like nevamind!🤣

These new Mielle Pomegranate and Honey products are definitely not my favorites. This is just my truth. Everything that doesn’t work for me may work for you. I tried them and like them. The shampoo is more clarifying, but I love the conditioner. I left it in over night. My hair loved it. I think I'll try it as a leave in as well.

Girl I felt the same way I was so highly disappointed in these products. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t do ANYTHING that it said and the sad part my hair was so tangled and dry from the set I had to use The mane choice green tea and carrot mask to soften and moisturize my hair !

Most videos I saw was saying y'all didn't like it that much or not at all so I would never buy this but their leave in and styling cream that I use for my twist are amazing but I'm on a hunt for moisturizing and protein products that are on balance safe. Well I’m a 4b/4c girl and I haven’t actually tried these products but I have tried Mielle exfoliating shampoo which does great for my hair and her Deep Conditioner is love omg it has protein in it though. Her leave in is great too!!

I think personally you must know your hair type porosity and density to do a real review for hair products, because then and only then will you be able to give a your best review ! I personally have high porosity medium density and these products were wonderful for my hair absolutely love them …. I see you enjoyed the curling smoothie but then again they only promised something for type 4 and you got that with the curling smoothie ….. oh hand no problems with the pumps either…. Great products loving all of them together 5 stars 🤪😜😍
Ok I thought it was just me. I just bought this product on yesterday. I must say it made my hair feel really rough compared to creme of nature products. Very moisturizing and u can detangle with it. Very affordable, like $9 for 10 oz bottle. Leavez hair super soft. I heard da conditioner is bomb too, but havent used it yet.

I just recently tried her avocado hair milk from her other line and I love it. I have some samples from of the leave in and twisting souffle from this line. Hopefully I like them.

The shampoo was a big no for my 4c hair, so I didn't even bother with the conditioner and followed up with TGIN's hair mask instead. It left my hair a mess. I was so sad, wishing I had watched this before purchasing it.
As you’re complaining about how clarifying the CLARIFYING SHAMPOO is, your curls looked accentuated after the wash alone. You complained about the conditioner not penetrating your hair… meanwhile it was vanishing BEFORE you globbed too much in it. Low porosity black folks that learned about things like hair porosity and hair type later in life but grew up with black folks that used cholesterol conditioners or TCB hair grease etc have a hard time understanding and accepting that low porosity hair needs to be clarified fully to accept the new moisture you’re looking to add. Also, it is never going to thrive with super heavy products! Clarify that hair for it to be it’s best. Get your slip etc from the conditioner
Thought it was just me. I don’t want anything that feels like I still have product in my hair. Strip it, fresh slate and use a deep conditioner or moisturize. Like washing a car and upset that it didn’t have a polished shine….you can do that after
I had the same experience but didn't want to throw the bottle away so i put a small amount in an empty shampoo bottle and added water. I had much better results and finished using the product this way and never bought the shampoo again. The conditioner was ok. The shampoo does contain protein which can cause our hair to feel hard. I don't need protein. The packaging is poor like you said. product too thick to pump.
I have a type 4B hair It made me lose my texture curls big time. The conditioner literally striped my hair to a weird texture. I did not like it at all

These products did not work for me at all. I also didn't like the fact that Mo was not wearing a mask in any of her videos throughout the pandemic and she claims to have been a nurse. What's more is the Rosemary Product Line irritated my scalp tremendously. The product line for type 4 hair either made my hair sticky, tangled, or did nothing worthy of mention.
I literally just used this product last week and I can say NEVER AGAIN!!! My hair was stripped!!! My hair is ITCHY!!!! My hair has NEVER been itchy when I use my She Butter. I’m going back to my Shea Butter and I only used this cause when I went to buy my Shea butter they didn’t have all the products I used. This is a NEVER AGAIN PRODUCT!! I have 4C hair. I just don’t like this product.
Looking at the ingredients she mostly has chemicals in them and a couple of oils at the end. That’s why your hair is so dry and the conditioner isn’t giving you what you need. All of her products are just pretty and smell good. Nothing to invest in.

Shampoo is supposed to be massaged on the SCALP ONLY. Conditioner is for the hair shaft.
Sis!!! You have to keep the pop tops from empties!! I reuse them on things w/ pumps i dont like.

I've seen some good reviews about these. It really depends on your hair type in the type 4 category.

It definitely made my hair dry and stripped as well. I thought I had picked up a sulfate free shampoo instead. I was disappointed

As you’re complaining about how clarifying the CLARIFYING SHAMPOO is, your curls looked accentuated after the wash alone. You complained about the conditioner not penetrating your hair… meanwhile it was vanishing BEFORE you globbed too much in it.
Low porosity black folks that learned about things like hair porosity and hair type later in life but grew up with black folks that used cholesterol conditioners or TCB hair grease etc have a hard time understanding and accepting that low porosity hair needs to be clarified fully to accept the new moisture you’re looking to add. Also, it is never going to thrive with super heavy products! Clarify that hair for it to be it’s best. Get your slip etc from the conditioner

Thought it was just me. I don’t want anything that feels like I still have product in my hair. Strip it, fresh slate and use a deep conditioner or moisturize. Like washing a car and upset that it didn’t have a polished shine….you can do that after

I had the same experience but didn't want to throw the bottle away so i put a small amount in an empty shampoo bottle and added water. I had much better results and finished using the product this way and never bought the shampoo again. The conditioner was ok. The shampoo does contain protein which can cause our hair to feel hard. I don't need protein. The packaging is poor like you said. product too thick to pump.

I have a type 4B hair It made me lose my texture curls big time. The conditioner literally striped my hair to a weird texture. I did not like it at all
And 4yrs later the damn tops still dont work !!! It’s hard to get the products out

These products did not work for me at all. I also didn't like the fact that Mo was not wearing a mask in any of her videos throughout the pandemic and she claims to have been a nurse. What's more is the Rosemary Product Line irritated my scalp tremendously. The product line for type 4 hair either made my hair sticky, tangled, or did nothing worthy of mention.

I literally just used this product last week and I can say NEVER AGAIN!!! My hair was stripped!!! My hair is ITCHY!!!! My hair has NEVER been itchy when I use my She Butter. I’m going back to my Shea Butter and I only used this cause when I went to buy my Shea butter they didn’t have all the products I used. This is a NEVER AGAIN PRODUCT!! I have 4C hair. I just don’t like this product.

Looking at the ingredients she mostly has chemicals in them and a couple of oils at the end. That’s why your hair is so dry and the conditioner isn’t giving you what you need. All of her products are just pretty and smell good. Nothing to invest in.
