In case anyone is considering this place, the food court closes 11 p m until 7 a m. Costa take out was 24 hours, last time I was there. Taxi to EMA is at least £15, if you can get one to come, as bumps driver to back of the rank for negligible fare. Passing Uber that's dropped off at the airport and is on way back to Nottingham or Derby best option. Not easily walkable here to terminal - grass verge and heavy vehicles or longer route through airport business park, no fun dragging cases - at least 25/30 minutes. 2 hour parking for services but hotel log you as a guest for overnight parking. Airport bus doesn't come into services, you would have a 10 minute walk to nearest stop. A previous commenter suggests a view of Donington Park race circuit which is amazing as 4.5 miles away and there's an airport and rolling hills in the way What you might get is M1/A42 rumble. Clean, modern, bright service area, never seen car park full as slightly off the motorway. Picnic tables at the rear with rural views.
It does look like it could have been a Travelodge and then changed. Travelodge dont usually make use of physical keys so it could have been an early one. It’s not clear.
I really enjoy watching all your vlogs. One thing that bugs me though is that you don't attempt to make the bed to film the morning after. Bit scruffy that! 🤢

Handy having everything under one roof so you don't get wet going out for food.

Just for one or two nights isn't bad at all. Cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Patricia Xx

Not bad for £33. 👍🏼
I certainly do 🤣
I've stayed here but unfortunately we got a view towards the race track in the distance and not the inside of the services.
Never known travelodge be that cheap you definitely got a bargain there.
