I had goosebumps when Sayani said Great Indian Kitchen. I am from kerala. I don't remember how I came across bong eats. But I have viewed every video, tried recipes I can and always found them to be spot on. I was in a very dark mental phase in my life when I came accross your channel, i used to lay awake in my bed and had sleepless nights. Someday i saw your channel, the background music was so soothing, i dozed off that night and slept so well in so long. And since then I started watching your videos at night to sleep. You might never imagine someone benifitting in this manner from your channel. I don't know how, but you guys have helped me so much. Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work!
This feels like a typical bangali potluck party, jekhane bondhu ra eksathe ranna o kore aar adda o mare! This is soooo cool and I already miss my friends back at home!
Sayani cancelling her class is such a mood! xD I swear to God, a good, hearty and extensive lunch like that cannot be followed by any sort of class okay. Adda ba ghum tai acceptable 😂
The shot where you guys just talk in the background with hardly any light while Saptarshi pours some coffee is so beautiful. Eto bhalo videography even during an adda session shows your craft. :)

Sayani has a huge fan base in Bangladesh, at least among the people I know (who has good taste in films and acting). I loved her work at Detour with Vikrant. She was amazing!! Still today, whenever I listen to Heros, I remember her, a girl who dreamed of listening this to an empty road, with wind in her hair. This has become a part of my dream as well. Thanks for portraying this, Sayani. Keep up your good work, love.

Its so brilliantly done and captured the essence of bengali "adda"..hats off to you guys.... It makes me so nostalgic about our times when we used to have full joint family with dadu thakuma, kaka, jetha, maa kakima, pistoto khurtoto bhai bonera barite and sunday te "mangsho bhaat" ranna hoche kather unnane (gas e tasty hoina 😁)...and then sunday adda!!! Uff....tarpor dupur bela DD1 e sunday movies.😕
Can I just say that the BongEats channel really encompasses the spectrum of Bengali culture in one single canvas. Loved this format - I particularly love how your focus is the conversations ensuing from food, the childhood memories and the history behind it. Adding to that a guest like Sayani and her experiences really adds another dimension too. Loved the ‘Bori Dilemma’ and definitely Postor Bora needs to be 50 Rs a piece. Cheers to you guys. :)
Beautiful episode ...and the sweetest part is that everybody, other than the guest, is looking so casual and simple. Waiting for more videos like this. " ...রান্না ঘরে কে...??"
Thank you Bong Eats and Sayani for giving us a glimpse of how we bengalis like to indulge in our "addaa", where we relax and do things at such an unhurried pace that we inevitably end up being late and cancel/postpone our other work/ appointments! And of course, peppered with conversations on every possible thing! Seeing something which is too familiar, something with which we grew up, especially during these lockdown and pandemic times, is to an extent very comforting. Just one request from an avid fan of yours: could you please give us a recipe of Taal er bora? Much love and best wishes! Stay safe :)
TH-cam should have recommended this channel before. I enjoyed the experience, like having a conversation with a frnd while cooking. Nice editing, specially at the last how it was shown that evening was approaching

This is a great idea/concept that you've started I must say & the intro first being raw/close to raw & then showing a re-edit I think makes it more genuine. I'm sure this series is going to go really far & you'll have amazing guests & create great videos as always. All the bets on the new start!
Absolutely love this series. Have learnt so many tricks and details from watching your show. Thank u bong eats ❤️. Wishing u both a lot of success
Darun laglo dekhe rannaghore adda. Mone holo aamio tomader saathe royechi. It’s like a dream for me to stand in your kitchen beside you Insiya and Saptarshi da filming.
Please do a video on how you film your videos, the camera settings, etc. Will be very helpful for new creators. Love from Maryland. Thanks 🙏🏾
Well done Saptarshi and Insiya!! And also Sayani ❤️❤️ So happy for you guys.
11:00 Really felt happy & proud as a Malayali when she mentioned the Malayalam movie The Great Indian Kitchen.
"kaalo jeere begun diye ilish maach" beats every other ilish recipe hands down!
This is the best episode I have ever seen. And personally being a bengali I am a big big big fan of Sayani .....So it's a emotion to see her talking in her mother tounge....♥️♥️♥️♥️
This was soo good..I literally felt like I was also there with you guys in the same room.. Love what you guys do..Pls continue this series
"Trainer boleche bhaja life ei khabe na, etar mane ki?" Sayani being an authentic bengali! ❤️
the simplicity is the key ingredient. kudos to bong eats :)
Best part of the video-
1. Gondoraaj lebu.
2. "The only person not distracted by kheer kodom". Legit!
My favourite line: “চল, তাড়াতাড়ি রান্না করো!” 😂
Sayani is so down to earth and also the whole conversation is so informal and wholesome!
Trust me this is a Wowww series!!! Hope you will continue this for some time. However I wanted to know more about Jessie Yung... How to get the details of this cloud kitchen??
Thank you! She’s on Instagram.
It's remind me the old days of mine when we all frnds r cooked and enjoy every one's company
The vibe of the video is so nice..feels like friends cooking together and having a fun adda..power to you ❤️
No Bengali can go to any class after such a wholesome meal..
Thanks guys for such a nice episode.
Stay safe :)
absolutely love this new series
Such a wholesome video!! Group of friends cooking on a Sunday afternoon and having wonderful conversations. Great job!!
Such a fun episode, makes me so nostalgic. You captured the essence of get togethers / potlucks with friends in India!!
TH-cam should have recommended this channel before. I enjoyed the experience, like having a conversation with a frnd while cooking. Nice editing, specially at the last how it was shown that evening was approaching
Lmao the confused meme when calculating the postor bora price. Quality cinema 🤣 Jokes apart, this video was a joy to watch.
You guys are such a comfortable zone... Even for me...i saw ur vdo with mild smile..
Talking about the cost of posto every time anyone cooks it is so relatable 😂😂
Sayani is far more better actress than some of Bengal's current movie stars. I would really like to see her in some bengali movie/web series in future.
