The way lance and Juan convey their excitement over this project is truly inspirational. Thank you so much for these vlogs they are so good. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this channel.
I'd like to see something in the mounts and carbon front fender that covers the forks and prevents from nicks and scratches from road debris thrown up in front of the bikes, if riding in a group. Nicked sliders and chewed up fork seals weeping on inverted forks are messy. The black carbon fiber parts with the gold Ohlin forks looks awesome with the contrast.
I wish youa'll would do the full reveal already before I die of waiting for it, I am dieing to always wanted all the light weight sportbike parts on a steel frame this bike is gonna be sick... Enough said!
Lance I like the idea you have with the paint job and showing the carbon. I been thinking about this when designing the paint job on my bike and when searching for ideas the best video I have seen with this is the Coast Glide 3 build that Laidlaw did. Their painter nailed it with the design they did.
Watching you guys talk over the design with the machinist was super interesting. Some really skilled dudes doing what they do. It's got to feel so awesome doing stuff like this for a living! And yeah, definitely go with that fender you said you liked! That other one looked like it went with some crappy early 90s 500cc starter bike sportbike or something; just imagine that same shape painted solid red or yellow or something. The one you had actually sitting on the bike was sick.
That drop tree setup for the softail lowrider S is going to be amazing. I almost ordered fxrd tubes for mine but I'm 100% waiting for that drop tree instead
Hey guys , luvn the build , as to whether you do exposed carbon or colour , you can tint carbon fiber , my friend Hapy Hipi who owns a exposed red carbon bugatti chiron and green carbon McLaren P1 so its possible to do both worlds , carbon and colour, or do mostly colour but leave some hints of carbon , hapy hipi also has a collection of harley including a 47 pan head thats never even had gas i nthe tank , total collectors item ontop of his hypercar collection

Do a thin coat of paint which saves weight and allows you to see the carbon through it like Ferrari did with the f40
