I love Tara Brach’s work! Her meditations on desire and addiction have been so transformative for me. Her podcast is really good too if you’re that way inclined.

Im currently reading Your Silence Will Not Protect You and I'm highlighting a ton! So far I had only read poetry by her and I was really missing out.

Lovely to see you back, and for such an open hearted video 🫶🏻
I loved hearing about your journey. Spiritual books are so special and important to me and have taught me so much.
If you want to discover more teachers, a great place to start is Oprah's super soul podcast as she has so many wise guests, from whom I've learned a lot, and then you can also read their books if they resonate with you.
I would also recommend a poem by Kahlil Gibran called On Pain. It's one that I've read many many times and I think encapsulates some of what you said.
