Here, the bell's rotation is animated as an elastic animation. To make it easier to understand, here's a brief - First key in the max rotation of the bell in one direction and then after a certain gap, add another keyframe in opposite direction with a bit less transformation. Similarly keep adding more keyframes alternatively with a gradual decrease in transformation until you hit neutral transformation i.e. 0 degrees in this case. Good tutorial, except that you moved the ball of the bell in the wrong direction! When the bell moves to the left, the ball shouldn't move with it.
