- Eddi Moreno, the man accused of shooting and killing his Summerlin neighbor after he allegedly exposed his genitals to Moreno's children, will be released on a $100,000 bail, announced in court on Thursday morning. Eddi Moreno, 32, faces an open murder charge in the death of Joe Moreno, 47. The two are not related. Joe Moreno died due to multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death homicide, according to the Clark County Coroner’s office.
This family asked us to conceal their identity...so we made 0 effort to do so

It is the legal system in Las Vegas and the worthless judges who stared out as lowball lawyers. The Nevada Bar exam is pretty low bar and just about anyone can become a lawyer and then run and become an elected judge. The late Elisabeth Halverson was the first judge I encountered here in Nevada (jury pool). Grotesquely obese, oxygen tank, nasty Wbitch and her husband hit her on the head with a frying pan. A while ago I owned a house in a pretty nice neighborhood but had a next door neighbor that was a menace. Loud music, speeding, cussing loudly around kids, yelling at kids for riding bikes near his house, etc. We and others called cops on him many times. One day he had some dispute with our other neighbor and shot and killed him. Somehow it was ruled self-defense and the dude was back living there within 2 years. I moved out and became a permanent renter. Financially maybe not sound esp considering how much housing has gone up, but the peace of mind knowing I can easily just move out if there is a crazy neighbor helps me sleep at night.
Honestly it could have been me that was killed because I had arguments with that guy many times as well. It just so happened he finally snapped on my other poor neighbor that one time.
