It's so comforting to know that we are not alone in what we are feeling in our bones, our hearts, and our minds. My husband and I talk all the time about how it seems like everyone is acting like all is well and normal when, in fact, everything is falling apart. I needed to hear this so much. Thank you so much for this

I feel like I've just dived deep into a beautiful and unknown pool. I didn't want it to end!

What a beautiful, valuable conversation! Michael, you are excellent at listening and allowing vulnerability. I loved the phrase "There are no answers, but there is a response." And sometimes the best (only) response is to hold the hand of the person next to you.

“We have to empty the bucket.”
Thanks for the affirmation. I find myself perpetually oscillating through anger, grief and bargaining. For several years now, so I’ve lost track of how many times or how often I’ve come down on myself for not being able to work through it and be done with it.
But there is no putting an ongoing assault behind us. It just keeps coming and will to our dying breath. So we have to continue working through it. Realizing that it’s not only okay to feel this way, it’s totally normal given the circumstances. And we need to empty the bucket.

What an hugely important voice... it´s our soul calling.. and we can and should response, to feel alive again. And I will, I have to... thank you both with reverence

Thank you so much for this beautiful and deeply powerful conversation. I only just 'discovered' Francis' work through Thomas Hubl, and know that this is much needed nourishment for our journey.

beautiful. Joanna Macy's work 'active hope - the work that reconnects' is such a helpful resource to touch into grief and also move through it so to not get 'stuck' in it.

I think it would be wonderful to invite Stephen Jenkinson into the conversation.

There is really no reason for grief or figure things are fold as they should and we are the cause and we are the effect and it is our choice in each momeant to be one or the other.

Hold a space for the safety and the new that's coming don't mix grief and sadness and fear ah this is not good.

Thank you !!! It nurtures my soul! The most impressive workshop I ever did was a grief ritual with Sobonfu Some in Findhorn in 2012. You re kindled my ‘dream’ to share grief circles where I live. 🟢🍀💚🙏🏼
