more than ever we need weeping tears and grief, yes! in community. I feel that can be real peacework.Thank you for the calm questioning and the sharing of the rich experience .
This talk with Francis Weller and Michael Learner has been pivotal in helping me understand why there's so much anger around the world (especially in "westernized" countries), and where my anger comes from: unaddressed grief. Thank you
Thank you so much for the opportunity to open to, and to explore my soul's deep grief. And for the clarity of mind in discussing the archetypes, and ancestral connections. A brilliant discussion which supported my decades of work with Jungian, astrological, and meditative work, and the grief work from personal, societal, environmental losses we are dealing with today. I appreciate so much your insights and supportive words. Blessings and love and deepest gratitude to you.
on the topic of e v i l read love sex & ur heart by alexander lowen chptr two explains the difference between energy sensation and feelings the unconscious feelings from history arise from the unconscious memory banks in a contraction ( undigested feelings ) thus what existed in the past arises to consciousness resisted which causes recreation of those feelings of aggression to manifest to be expressed and digested and felt yet often only thirty percent of the feelings are integrated ( energy is only thirty percent of a feeling ) thus e v i l as l i v e backwards is history being re-created by the unconscious feelings arising in a contraction and this exists in the pelvic tension where the subconscious feelings are connected at the base of the torso therefore feelings must be safe to feel and receive and love to relax during moments of feeling pleasure due to genital stimulation this is quite a profound awareness and many people need education about relaxing to feel pleasure and now that I am mentioning this and you are reading this you can notice when you feel pleasure do your leg and butt muscles tighten or can you relax are you holding your breath can you make sound are you drifting away in a daydream or can you stay present with your body experience this is metaphysical awareness yet it is a basis for the reason why aggression keeps being repeated believe it or not despite all the stories and reasons for aggression there is a force of feeling that is affecting people and part of it Hass to do with our spirit also known as our aura becoming overexpanded and our feelings are discharging instead of being integrated by receiving them and grief opens the heart and is the beginning doorway to begin to feel and receive our feelings
good grief work -- but these guys don't know a thing about economics or basic Capitalism... ("to have a top, you MUST have a bottom") Lots of money and power are made off the bottom. The mere fact that it's obviously so difficult for them to talk about the blatant economic racism and social terrorism at work in this country downgrades any effectiveness they could have as clinicians. As Krishnamurt said: “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” Mental illness is growing exponentially on both sides of the Atlantic. You can't help cure an epidemic if you only want "fix it a little bit.." This is why we may have already gone past the tipping point. Pure absurdity. Men of this stature afraid of what the neighbors might say. (" .. I have to live in this town.."). And worse... afraid speaking to true healing might negatively affect their earning potential. Absurd .. malignant cowardness.
Wait, i thought they were describing the view that is the problem you describe here. They were saying what you're saying here, and describing the counter view that stops us from grieving a sick society. They weren't at all advocating for top-bottom dynamics but quoting in fact (i think) from a book called This Changes Everything (?), which discusses the unfeeling anguish created by an economic culture in which people earn a "living" by destroying life, etc. If you listen again, you can hear your view very much understood & supported. Bless you! 🌲🌻🐞🌲

the universe is alive!!!
Who is the host? With Francis Weller?
@@jennyharris-westoby273 that is Michael Lerner, co director of The New School and co-founder of Commonweal
Would be great to see Francis Weller appear on a Jordan Peterson podcast, gain these sentiments some real traction.
on the topic of e v i l

chptr two explains the difference between energy sensation and feelings
the unconscious feelings from history arise from the unconscious memory banks in a contraction ( undigested feelings )
thus what existed in the past arises to consciousness resisted which causes recreation of those feelings of aggression to manifest to be expressed and digested and felt yet often only thirty percent of the feelings are integrated ( energy is only thirty percent of a feeling )
thus e v i l as l i v e backwards is history being re-created by the unconscious feelings arising in a contraction and this exists in the pelvic tension where the subconscious feelings are connected at the base of the torso therefore feelings must be safe to feel and receive and love to relax during moments of feeling pleasure due to genital stimulation this is quite a profound awareness and many people need education about relaxing to feel pleasure and now that I am mentioning this and you are reading this you can notice when you feel pleasure do your leg and butt muscles tighten or can you relax are you holding your breath can you make sound are you drifting away in a daydream or can you stay present with your body experience
this is metaphysical awareness yet it is a basis for the reason why aggression keeps being repeated believe it or not despite all the stories and reasons for aggression there is a force of feeling that is affecting people and part of it Hass to do with our spirit also known as our aura becoming overexpanded and our feelings are discharging instead of being integrated by receiving them and grief opens the heart and is the beginning doorway to begin to feel and receive our feelings
