- Hey loves! 💗 This week’s vlog is all about celebrating milestones, finding balance, and embracing the little joys in life.
We started with a sweet celebration for Syd’s birthday 🎉 and transitioned her from a crib to a toddler bed-where does the time go? 🍼 I also returned to therapy for the first time in months and shared why it’s been such a game-changer for navigating anxious moments.
Emery and I had a special mommy-daughter hair day at District Braids, and we even got to hear the inspiring story behind the shop! Kier and I caught a win while watching the Commanders game 🏈, and I worked through a midweek funk with some quality time outside with the girls.
